H银行供应链融资运作模式优化研究

【摘要】:伴随产业经济的蓬勃发展,传统的全能型企业已不再适应市场的需要,大企业选择将部分非核心企业外包给中小企业,它们之间逐渐形成了一个有大企业、中小企业组成的供应链,企业与企业之间的竞争已逐步转向了供应链与供应链之间的竞争。无论是核心企业还是中小企业,为增强自身实力,都迫切需要在减少成本支出的同时扩大销量,这就需要企业在寻找资金的同时提高资金利用效率。银行将一条供应链上的所有企业作为一个整体来考察并提供融资服务,突破了传统贸易融资只考察一个企业的局限性,可在满足企业融资需求的同时提升自己的中间业务收益。 跨国银行已将供应链融资视为中间业务收入的主要增长点,并广泛预期其仍有着很大的增长空间。在国内商业银行纷纷推出供应链融资服务、抢夺供应链市场份额的时候,H银行作为其中的一员,凭借其在贸易融资领域的丰富经验、专业技术优势和人才优势,适时推出了自己的供应链融资品牌,并形成了相对完善的供应链融资运作模式。然而,,如何在激烈的市场竞争中避免产品的同质化,凸显自己的特色,是H银行目前亟待研究的课题。 本文的主要研究内容如下: 首先,本文梳理了供应链融资的国内外相关理论,分析了供应链融资的内涵、基本特征和主要运作模式等,并总结了供应链融资的理论成因,在此基础上,对供应链融资未来的发展趋势做了展望,从而印证了现阶段H银行对供应链融资运作模式进行优化的必要性。 其次,本文从H银行供应链融资的运作体系构成、运作模式构成、风险控制手段三方面对H银行供应链融资运作模式进行了阐述,并结合实际案例分析评价了H银行供应链融资所取得的市场应用效果。在此前提下,本文分析认为H银行现行供应链融资运行面临三个问题:第一,H银行的供应链融资发展战略定位不明确;第二,H银行的供应链融资风险控制体系尚不健全;第三,H银行供应链融资运作的电子平台建设相对滞后。 最后,本文针对H银行的供应链融资优化目标对现有运作模式进行了优化方案设计:首先,H银行应确定战略发展定位,突破同质化竞争,以产品创新和现有产品的灵活组合应用,在更广泛的行业领域推广H银行的供应链融资业务,树立特色品牌形象,其次,在发展业务的同时,通过引进先进评估技术、完善风险评估体系和建立风险隔离机制等措施,构筑全新的供应链融资风险控制体系;最后,要顺应电子商务日新月异的发展趋势,加强电子平台建设,实现H银行供应链融资业务的长远发展。 本文主要在以下方面进行了创新点探讨: 通过结合案例,在全面分析H银行现行供应链融资运作模式的基础上,从研究商业银行内在经营动因入手,剖析目前供应链融资中存在的问题和不足之处,并针对这些问题提出了优化设计方案,本文案例为本人在H银行实际工作中的案例,在突出H银行业务特色的同时,也能够反映目前国内商业银行供应链融资运作模式的一些共性,因此使本文的优化方案更具有可行性和可操作性。
[Abstract]:With the vigorous development of industrial economy, the traditional omnipotent enterprises no longer meet the needs of the market. Large enterprises choose to outsource part of the non-core enterprises to small and medium-sized enterprises. They gradually form a supply chain consisting of large enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises. The competition between enterprises has gradually turned to supply chain and supply chain. Competition between enterprises. In order to enhance their own strength, both core enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises urgently need to reduce costs and expenditure while expanding sales, which requires enterprises to find funds while improving the efficiency of capital utilization. Traditionally, trade financing only examines the limitations of an enterprise, which can improve its intermediate business income while meeting the financing needs of the enterprise.
Multinational banks have regarded supply chain financing as the main growth point of intermediate business income, and are widely expected to have a lot of room for growth. With the advantages of technology and talents, H Bank has timely launched its own supply chain financing brand and formed a relatively perfect supply chain financing operation mode. However, how to avoid homogeneity of products and highlight its own characteristics in the fierce market competition is an urgent task for H Bank to study.
The main contents of this paper are as follows:
Firstly, this paper combs the related theories of supply chain financing at home and abroad, analyzes the connotation, basic characteristics and main operation modes of supply chain financing, and summarizes the theoretical causes of supply chain financing. On this basis, the future development trend of supply chain financing is prospected, thus confirming the current operation of H Bank on supply chain financing. The necessity of mode optimization.
Secondly, this paper expounds the operation mode of supply chain financing of Bank H from three aspects of its operation system, operation mode and risk control means, and evaluates the market application effect of supply chain financing of Bank H by combining with practical cases. Firstly, the strategic position of supply chain financing of Bank H is not clear; secondly, the risk control system of supply chain financing of Bank H is not perfect; thirdly, the construction of electronic platform for supply chain financing of Bank H is relatively lagging behind.
Finally, this paper optimizes the existing operation mode according to the supply chain financing optimization objective of H Bank. Firstly, H Bank should determine the strategic development orientation, break through homogeneous competition, promote the supply chain financing business of H Bank in a wider range of industries by means of product innovation and flexible combination of existing products. Secondly, through introducing advanced assessment technology, perfecting risk assessment system and establishing risk isolation mechanism, the brand-new risk control system of supply chain financing is constructed. Finally, we should comply with the rapid development trend of e-commerce, strengthen the construction of electronic platform and realize the supply chain finance of Bank H. Long term development of capital business.
This article mainly focuses on the following aspects:
Based on a comprehensive analysis of the current supply chain financing operation mode of Bank H, this paper analyzes the problems and shortcomings of the current supply chain financing from the study of the internal motivation of commercial banks, and puts forward the optimal design scheme for these problems. While highlighting the characteristics of H-bank business, it can also reflect some common characteristics of the current supply chain financing operation mode of domestic commercial banks, so the optimization scheme in this paper is more feasible and feasible.
