FDI进入对中国快递业市场结构发展的影响

【摘要】:中国全面开放快递业以来,中国快递业取得了长足的进步,市场结构也发生了很大的改变。从20世纪80年代至90年代中国邮政几乎垄断了中国快递市场,到现在国有快递企业,民营快递企业和外资快递企业分别占有一定市场份额,FDI的进入起到了至关重要的作用。外资快递企业进入我国快递市场为我国快递业发展带来多少影响,对中国快递业市场结构产生怎样的影响是本文研究的重点问题。 本文先从弱自然垄断行业和可竞争市场理论的角度出发,分析了中国快递业市场结构演进的过程以及最终的趋势,然后阐述了中国快递业市场的发展历程,同时从市场集中度,竞争情况和进入壁垒等角度分析了中国快递业市场结构的现状,接着运用博弈论的方法研究了外资快递企业的投资方式和在中国快递市场的行为方式,最后通过数据和案例分析了中国快递市场的市场行为,通过因子分析法分析了中国快递市场的市场绩效,根据产业组织理论的SCP范式中,市场结构,市场行为和市场绩效相互作用并互为因果的关系,论述了全面对外开放以后中国快递业市场结构的发展。 通过分析,本文认为外资快递企业的进入使中国快递企业的竞争力有所提升,推动了中国快递业的兼并重组,使中国快递市场得到了较大的发展,市场结构不断完善。
[Abstract]:Since China fully opened up express industry, China express industry has made great progress and the market structure has changed a lot. From 1980s to 1990s, China Post almost monopolized the Chinese express market, and now the state-owned express enterprises, private express enterprises and foreign-funded express delivery enterprises share a certain market share respectively. The entry of FDI plays a vital role. How much influence the foreign express enterprise enters our country express market has brought to our country express industry development, what kind of influence to the Chinese express delivery industry market structure produces is the key question which this article studies. From the view of weak natural monopoly industry and competitive market theory, this paper first analyzes the evolution process and final trend of the market structure of China express industry, and then expounds the development course of Chinese express industry market, and at the same time, from the market concentration degree. This paper analyzes the current situation of the market structure of China's express delivery industry from the angles of competition and barriers to entry, and then studies the investment mode and behavior of foreign express delivery enterprises in China express market by using the method of game theory. Finally, the paper analyzes the market behavior of China express market through data and cases, analyzes the market performance of China express market by factor analysis, and analyzes the market structure according to the SCP paradigm of industrial organization theory. This paper discusses the development of the market structure of express delivery industry in China after the opening to the outside world. Based on the analysis, this paper holds that the entry of foreign express enterprises promotes the competitiveness of Chinese express delivery enterprises, promotes the merger and reorganization of China's express industry, and makes the Chinese express market develop greatly, and the market structure is constantly improved.
