XXX银行员工工作压力现状分析及对策研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着国内经济飞速发展,国内商业银行经过股份制改革后相继上市,新的地方商业银行的大量成立,国内商业银行的竞争日益激烈,导致银行业的员工面临着越来越多的工作压力。压力过重使员工身心俱疲,工作绩效下降,负面情绪攀升,严重影响了企业的经营效益和长效发展。 本文对国内外压力管理理论相关文献进行了梳理,了解压力的产生、来源、测量、结果及压力管理的应对策略。通过结构化调查问卷的形式,经过数据分析,剖析XX银行员工工作压力的现状,寻找产生工作压力的源泉。调查研究发现,该企业员工承受了过大的工作压力,严重影响了员工的身心健康和工作绩效,而企业现有的压力应对和管理策略还远远不够。 因此,根据调查结果和该企业的实际情况,借鉴压力管理中的三因素管理策略理论,制定了针对环境因素、组织因素、个人因素的压力应对策略。经过与XX银行人力资源管理部和相关管理层沟通,在企业进行了尝试,通过四个月的实践检验效果明显。 本文不仅通过对XXX银行员工工作压力现状进行调查分析,为建立压力应对管理策略提供了基础,还在该企业的实际尝试中进行了检验,实践证明这些压力应对策略确实是有效的,对企业和员工都带来了不小的收益。 本文的结论提出了针对XX银行员工工作压力管理的应对策略,缓解和疏导了员工的工作压力,提高了员工工作的幸福感和企业认同感,为XX银行的人力资源管理工作带来一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of domestic economy, domestic commercial banks have been listed one after another after joint-stock system reform, a large number of new local commercial banks have been established, the competition of domestic commercial banks is becoming increasingly fierce. As a result, employees in the banking industry are under increasing pressure to work. The excessive pressure makes the employees tired, the work performance drops, the negative emotion climbs, which seriously affects the management benefit and the long-term effective development of the enterprise. In this paper, the relevant literatures of pressure management theory at home and abroad are reviewed to understand the generation, source, measurement, results and coping strategies of pressure management. Through the form of structured questionnaire and the analysis of data, this paper analyzes the present situation of XX bank employees' working stress, and finds out the source of the work pressure. The investigation and research found that the employees of the enterprise suffered too much work pressure, which seriously affected the employees' physical and mental health and job performance, but the existing coping and management strategies of the enterprise were far from enough. Therefore, according to the investigation results and the actual situation of the enterprise, using the theory of three-factor management strategy in the pressure management, the paper formulates the stress coping strategies aiming at the environmental factors, organizational factors and individual factors. Through the communication with the Human Resources Management Department of XX Bank and the related management, we have made a try in the enterprise, and the effect is obvious through four months' practice. This paper not only through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of XXX bank staff stress, provides the basis for the establishment of stress management strategy, but also in the actual attempt of the enterprise to carry out the test. Practice has proved that these stress-coping strategies are really effective and bring not small benefits to enterprises and employees. The conclusion of this paper puts forward the coping strategies for XX bank employees' work stress management, which alleviates and relaxes the employees' work pressure, and improves the employees' work happiness and enterprise identity. It will bring some reference value to the human resource management of XX bank.
