后金融危机时期中国对外直接投资影响因素分析

【摘要】：改革开放30多年以来,中国的对外直接投资得到了迅猛的发展。特别是在金融危机以后,在全球对外直接投资总量有所下滑的背景下,中国的对外直接投资仍保持了逆势增长的态势。我国政府也将推动我国的对外直接投资提升到了一个全新的战略高度：“十二五”规划提出,要加快实施“走出去”战略,这对于国家战略以及企业的成长具有重要作用。金融危机以后,中国的对外直接投资是否呈现出了一些新特点和新趋势、影响中国对外直接投资的重要因素有哪些、如何促进中国对外直接投资的发展,这些都是摆在我们面前急需解决的问题。因此研究中国对外直接投资及其影响因素,对于中国政府和企业而言具有重大的意义。本文结合相关的国际直接投资理论,分析了后金融危机时代中国对外直接的现状以及新特点和新趋势,选取有关解释变量,对中国对外直接投资的影响因素展开了实证研究,以求为中国更好的“走出去”提供可以借鉴的依据。全文共分为六章,第一章为导论部分,说明了文章的研究目的和意义,进行了文献综述,阐述了本文的研究思路和方法,并指出了创新之处。第二章着重介绍了国际上有关对外直接投资的经典理论,并指出了这些理论中所涉及到的对影响因素的阐述。第三章分别从国别、地区、产业和行业情况介绍了中国对外直接投资的现状,并分析了后金融危机时代中国对外直接投资的新特点和新趋势。第四章参考国内外学者的研究结论并结合后金融危机时代中国对外直接投资的实际,以中国对外直接投资流量为被解释变量,运用计量经济学的方法进行了实证研究。本文的第五章以前面的实证分析为基础从国家和企业层面提出了政策建议。第六章归纳总结了前文分析得出的结论,并指出了进一步研究的可能性。
[Abstract]:Over the past 30 years of reform and opening up, China's foreign direct investment has developed rapidly. Especially after the financial crisis, China's foreign direct investment has maintained a trend of counter-trend growth against the background of the decline in the total amount of global foreign direct investment. The 12th Five-Year Plan calls for accelerating the implementation of the "going out" strategy, which plays an important role in the national strategy and the growth of enterprises. How to promote the development of China's foreign direct investment is an urgent problem to be solved. Therefore, the study of China's foreign direct investment and its influencing factors is of great significance to the Chinese government and enterprises.
This paper analyzes the current situation, new characteristics and new trends of China's outward direct investment in the post-financial crisis era, and selects relevant explanatory variables to conduct empirical research on the influencing factors of China's outward direct investment in order to provide a reference for China to better "go out". Chapter one is the introduction, which explains the purpose and significance of the study, summarizes the literature, expounds the ideas and methods of the study, and points out the innovations. Chapter two focuses on the classical theories of foreign direct investment, and points out the influencing factors involved in these theories. Chapter 3 introduces the current situation of China's foreign direct investment from different countries, regions, industries and industries, and analyzes the new characteristics and trends of China's foreign direct investment in the post-financial crisis era. In the fifth chapter, we put forward policy suggestions from the national and enterprise levels based on the previous empirical analysis. In the sixth chapter, we summarize the conclusions of the previous analysis and point out the possibility of further research.
