建设银行抚顺分行国际业务发展策略研究

【摘要】：中国建设银行国际业务开展较早,业务全面,市场份额较大,研究其国际业务现况及发展,对全行业业务现状,特别是起步较晚的股份制中小银行尤其具有借鉴价值和重要意义。建行抚顺分行国际业务近年来发展较快,业务结构不断优化,产品种类日益丰富,在地区银行国际业务领域极具代表性。本论文以建设银行抚顺分行国际业务为课题,通过深入调查研究,发现问题、分析问题存在原因、提出发展的策略。 本文以国际业务相关理论产品为基础,详细分析了目前抚顺建设银行国际业务开展的情况,并运用SWOT分析等方法,重点研究了抚顺建设银行国际业务产品构成,业务流程解析,对重点产品和要点进行了较为细致的分析。在产品研究的基础上分析分行在区域间发展中面临的竞争环境,以及优势,劣势,机遇,挑战和威胁。通过对建设银行国际业务的全面梳理与研究努力发现其流程优化方向,产品种类的配置,发现内控制度存在的问题等,为建设银行国际业务的进一步发展提供行之有效的对策和合理化建议。以期对建行抚顺分行国际业务条线如何应对激烈的竞争、树立自身的竞争优势提供有效的借鉴。
[Abstract]:China Construction Bank has developed its international business earlier, its business is comprehensive, and its market share is large. The current situation and development of its international business are studied, and the present situation of the whole industry business is studied. Especially the stock-holding medium-sized banks with late start have the reference value and the important significance. The international business of Fushun Branch of CCB has developed rapidly in recent years, the business structure has been optimized constantly, the products are increasingly rich, and it is very representative in the area of regional bank international business. This paper takes the international business of Fushun Branch of China Construction Bank as the subject, through deep investigation and research, finds out the problem, analyzes the reason of the problem, and puts forward the development strategy. Based on the related theory products of international business, this paper analyzes the international business of Fushun Construction Bank in detail, and focuses on the analysis of the product structure and business process of Fushun Construction Bank by means of SWOT analysis and other methods. The key products and key points are analyzed in detail. The competitive environment, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, challenges and threats faced by branches in interregional development are analyzed on the basis of product research. Through the comprehensive combing and research on the international business of China Construction Bank, we try to find out the direction of process optimization, the configuration of product types, the problems existing in internal control system, and so on. It provides effective countermeasures and reasonable suggestions for the further development of CCB's international business. In order to provide an effective reference to how to deal with the fierce competition and set up its own competitive advantage.
