A银行业务流程再造项目风险管理分析

【摘要】:随着中国金融体系的逐步完善和迅速发展,中国的银行业迎来了一个蓬勃发展的时代。不但业务种类、金融产品不断创新,而且服务质量和服务能力也有很大地提高。在这背后,银行的IT系统无疑起到了至关重要的作用。它们不仅是银行提供服务的平台,更已成为银行核心竞争力的重要组成部分。然而,随着银行业务的快速发展,银行IT系统变得日益复杂,系统建设项目日趋庞大,IT项目的风险管理变得越来越重要。但是长期以来,我国的软件企业由于项目风险管理意识淡薄或者受成本压力的影响,对银行IT项目的风险管理缺乏研究,更谈不上在项目实施过程中利用适合的风险管理技术对项目的风险进行有效控制。这使得银行IT项目的建设过程常常处于高度风险之中,甚至会由于项目失败而蒙受巨大的经济损失。本文选择银行IT项目的风险管理作为研究方向。以A银行业务流程再造项目为例,在IT项目管理和风险管理的相关理论的基础上,详细论述了风险管理流程在业务流程再造项目实施过程中的应用。通过有效的识别、科学的分析、合理的应对以及实时的监控,成功地化解了项目中面临的种种风险,保障项目的顺利完成,从而验证了风险管理理论和方法在银行IT项目建设中的有效性和可行性。同时希望能够为软件企业建设类似银行IT系统提供有力的帮助与借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the gradual improvement and rapid development of China's financial system, China's banking industry has ushered in a booming era. Not only business types, financial products are constantly innovative, and service quality and service capacity has been greatly improved. Behind this, the bank's IT system undoubtedly played a vital role. They are not only a platform for banks to provide services, but also an important part of the core competitiveness of banks. However, with the rapid development of banking business, the banking IT system becomes more and more complex, and the risk management of IT projects becomes more and more important. However, for a long time, due to the weak awareness of project risk management or the impact of cost pressure, Chinese software enterprises lack of research on the risk management of bank IT project. In the process of project implementation, the appropriate risk management technology is used to effectively control the risk of the project. This makes the construction process of IT projects in the bank often in high risk, even because of the failure of the project to suffer huge economic losses. This paper chooses the risk management of bank IT project as the research direction. Taking the Business process Reengineering (BPR) project of Bank A as an example, based on the theory of IT project management and risk management, the application of risk management process in the implementation of BPR project is discussed in detail. Through effective identification, scientific analysis, reasonable response and real-time monitoring, the risks in the project have been successfully resolved, and the smooth completion of the project has been ensured. Thus, the validity and feasibility of risk management theory and method in the construction of bank IT project are verified. At the same time, I hope to provide strong help and reference for software enterprises to build similar bank IT system.
