天津金融集聚持续发展的影响因素研究

【摘要】：金融集聚水平是中心城市核心能力的表现。近年来,对金融集聚的研究虽不及制造业领域产业集聚现象的研究成熟,但也逐渐丰富起来。然而,在目前的研究中还少有对金融集聚形成之后持续发展的研究。天津是我国北方的经济中心之一,近几年天津金融业的发展速度之快引起了广泛的关注,但天津金融集聚的发展还不稳定。如何提高天津金融集聚水平,如何促进天津金融集聚持续稳定发展以及有哪些因素影响天津金融集聚持续发展等问题,是目前学术界及实践界关注的热点,也是天津建立国际金融中心的关键所在。首先,本文在现有文献研究的基础上,结合天津的现实状况,以波特钻石模型为依据提出影响天津金融集聚持续发展的因素主要有六个方面：需求因素、资本投入和人力资本因素、金融机构竞争因素、信息流动性因素以及政府政策因素。之后,通过搜集天津市相关数据,应用主成分分析和回归相结合的方法对除政府政策因素(因为其无法定量衡量)之外的其他因素进行了实证分析,结果发现,需求因素(尤其是国外需求因素)、人力资本和资本投入因素是影响天津金融集聚持续发展的主要因素,金融机构竞争因素影响稍弱,信息流动性因素不是主要因素。最后,在此基础上,本文为推动天津金融集聚的持续发展,促进天津国际金融中心建设,提出了一系列具有针对性的政策建议,如进一步提高对外开放水平,推动离岸金融中心建设；发挥政府推动作用,建立健全金融市场体系：吸引培养高端金融人才,提高金融创新水平；降低国有经济比重,推动金融资源自由流动；大力发展相关产业,带动金融集聚。
[Abstract]:The level of financial agglomeration is the expression of the core competence of the central city. In recent years, the research on financial agglomeration is not as mature as the industrial agglomeration phenomenon in manufacturing, but it is also gradually enriched. However, there are few studies on the sustainable development of financial agglomeration after the formation of financial agglomeration. Tianjin is one of the economic centers in the north of China. In recent years, the rapid development of financial industry in Tianjin has aroused widespread concern, but the development of financial agglomeration in Tianjin is still unstable. How to improve the level of financial agglomeration in Tianjin, how to promote the sustainable and stable development of financial agglomeration in Tianjin, and what factors affect the sustainable development of financial agglomeration in Tianjin are the hot spots of academic and practical circles at present. It is also the key to establish an international financial center in Tianjin. First of all, on the basis of the existing literature research, combined with the reality of Tianjin, based on the Porter diamond model, this paper puts forward six main factors that affect the sustainable development of Tianjin financial agglomeration: demand factors. Capital input and human capital factor, financial institution competition factor, information liquidity factor and government policy factor. Then, by collecting the relevant data of Tianjin, using the method of combining principal component analysis and regression, the paper makes an empirical analysis of the other factors except government policy factors (because it can not be measured quantitatively). The results show that, Demand factors (especially foreign demand factors), human capital and capital investment factors are the main factors that affect the sustainable development of financial agglomeration in Tianjin, the competition factor of financial institutions is slightly weak, the information liquidity factor is not the main factor. Finally, on this basis, in order to promote the sustainable development of Tianjin financial agglomeration and promote the construction of Tianjin international financial center, this paper puts forward a series of targeted policy recommendations, such as further raising the level of opening to the outside world. Promote the construction of offshore financial center, give play to the role of the government, establish and improve the financial market system: attract and train high-end financial talents, improve the level of financial innovation, reduce the proportion of state-owned economy, promote the free flow of financial resources; Vigorously develop related industries and promote financial agglomeration.
