对我国发展碳金融的几点思考

【摘要】：碳金融是基于碳交易而产生,是指服务于旨在减少温室气体排放的各种金融制度安排和金融交易活动,主要包括碳排放权及其衍生品的交易和投资、低碳项目开发的投融资以及其他相关的金融中介活动。作为全球第二大碳排放资源国,如何利用目前发达国家和发展中国家减排角色不同和我国减排额度供应优势,在能源金融发展博弈中占据主动,是我国政府、金融机构及企业共同面对的挑战。本文简要概述了我国碳金融市场发展现状,分析了我国发展碳金融的障碍,提出了我国发展碳金融的建议。
[Abstract]:Carbon finance is based on carbon trading and refers to various financial institutional arrangements and financial trading activities aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions, including, inter alia, trading and investment in carbon emission rights and their derivatives. Investment and financing of low-carbon project development and other related financial intermediation activities. As the second largest carbon emission resource country in the world, how to make use of the different roles of developed and developing countries and the supply advantage of China's emission reduction quota, and how to take the initiative in the game of energy finance development, is the government of our country. Challenges faced by financial institutions and enterprises. This paper briefly summarizes the present situation of the development of carbon finance market in China, analyzes the obstacles to the development of carbon finance in China, and puts forward some suggestions for the development of carbon finance in China.
