山东中行财富管理业务竞争战略研究

【摘要】:经过30年经济的高速发展,我国居民积累了大量财富并将持续扩张,产生了大量的中产阶层及富裕阶层而我国居民对于金融知识的了解普遍较少,这为发展我国财富管理业务发展提供了广阔的市场空间。同时,金融创新和监管进步为财富管理发展提供了无限可能。中国银行作为国内较早开展财富管理业务的大型金融机构,近几年来,随着各家银行逐渐推出财富管理业务,同业不断加大资源投入,山东中行财富管理业务发展面临严峻挑战。面对当前形势,如何塑造山东中行财富管理业务一流品牌形象,在与同业众强激战中取胜,成为山东分行财富管理业务的首要任务。本文从财富管理业务、战略的相关概念出发,首先通过PEST分析,从宏观经济、金融法律环境、社会环境等方面阐述个人财富管理业务发展行业背景,随着中国经济不断腾飞,国民可支配收入日益增加,财富管理业务大有可为,而同时伴随着巨大的市场机遇,山东中行的财富管理业务也面临着巨大的挑战。接着,通过波特的五力模型进行了行业分析,一方面,同业不断加大资源投入,持续推出竞争力很强的产品和服务抢占市场,另一方面,客户和供应商的议价能力也逐渐增强。随后,对山东中行财富管理业务进行内部分析,分析了中国银行现有的竞争资源包括无形资源和有形资源,以及山东中行财富管理业务现在所具备的能力和核心竞争力分析。并进一步通过SWOT分析方法分析了山东中行现有的关于财富管理业务的优劣势和面临的机遇、挑战,该挑战既有来自外部的,也有来自山东中行内部的,中国银行关于财富管理业务的发展也存在着诸多问题。最后,通过以上分析,得出针对山东中行财富管理业务的竞争战略为差异化战略并针对该战略提出了一系列的实施措施。
[Abstract]:After 30 years of rapid economic development, our residents have accumulated a lot of wealth and will continue to expand, resulting in a large number of middle class and rich class. This provides broad market space for the development of wealth management business in China. At the same time, financial innovation and regulatory progress provide unlimited possibilities for the development of wealth management. The Bank of China, as a large financial institution that started its wealth management business earlier in the country, in recent years, with the gradual introduction of wealth management business by various banks, the bank of China has continuously increased the investment of resources in the same industry. Shandong Bank of China wealth management business development is facing severe challenges. Facing the current situation, how to shape the first-class brand image of the wealth management business of Bank of China Shandong Province and win in the fierce battle with the same industry has become the chief task of wealth management business of Shandong Branch. Starting from the related concepts of wealth management business and strategy, this paper first through PEST analysis, from the macro economy, financial law environment, social environment and other aspects of personal wealth management business development industry background, as China's economy continues to take off. With the increasing of national disposable income, wealth management business has great potential, and with the huge market opportunities, the wealth management business of Bank of China in Shandong is also facing great challenges. Then, through Porter's five-force model, industry analysis is carried out. On the one hand, the industry continuously increases resource input and continuously introduces competitive products and services to occupy the market. On the other hand, the bargaining power of customers and suppliers is also gradually enhanced. Then, the paper makes an internal analysis of the wealth management business of Bank of China in Shandong Province, and analyzes the existing competitive resources of Bank of China, including intangible resources and tangible resources, as well as the ability and core competitiveness of the wealth management business of Bank of China in Shandong Province. And through the method of SWOT analysis, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing wealth management business of Bank of China in Shandong Province and the opportunities and challenges it faces. The challenge comes from both the external and the interior of the Bank of China. There are also many problems in the development of wealth management business in Bank of China. Finally, through the above analysis, the paper draws the conclusion that the competition strategy for wealth management business of Bank of China Shandong Province is the differentiation strategy and puts forward a series of implementation measures for the strategy.
