A银行包头分行劳务派遣制员工激励机制研究
[Abstract]:First-class banks need first-rate employees. The competition in the era of knowledge economy is the competition of talents in the final analysis. It is an urgent strategic task to bring up first-class staff in the journey of A Bank to international top banks. With the rapid development of the labor dispatch system, a new form of employment, in the Baotou Branch of Bank A, the percentage of dispatch staff in the grass-roots employees has reached as high as 30%. They are widely distributed among tellers and credit card marketers. Lobby manager and other grass-roots positions, become A Bank Baotou branch management of an important force. It is of great significance to pay attention to the incentive problem of dispatch staff and fully mobilize their enthusiasm and creativity to improve customer satisfaction, maintain a good brand image and improve management performance. This paper designs a questionnaire on the incentive mechanism of dispatching employees in Baotou Branch of Bank A. Through the analysis of the questionnaire, the paper finds out the problems existing in the incentive system of dispatching employees in Baotou Branch. Based on this, the paper puts forward some measures to improve and perfect the system: strengthen the incentive function of the compensation system, improve the employee satisfaction as the opportunity of differential incentive mechanism, and further exert the incentive function of performance management. Give full play to the incentive role of training to meet the dispatch system staff self-promotion needs, to provide more opportunities for the dispatch staff, meet their stable psychological needs, using rich, new means to motivate the dispatch staff, Suggestions and methods to improve career planning and incentive mechanism for dispatching staff. It is hoped that this paper can provide some useful reference for the management of Baotou Branch of Bank A to improve the incentive mechanism of dispatching staff.
