无锡工行电子银行业务发展研究

【摘要】:无锡工行是在总行、省行领导下的二级分行,下辖两个县域支行,十个城区支行。截至2012年6月末,无锡工行本外币存款余额超千亿元;本外币贷款余额超800亿元。 无锡工行资产规模与盈利能力在全国工行系统内的二级分行中均名列前茅,但近几年,国内金融业竞争日益激烈。无锡工行面临着外部竞争和内部转型的巨大压力。随着互联网和电子商务的发展,电子银行业务以其低廉的成本和广阔的前景,已越来越得到商业银行的重视,发展电子银行业务是各商业银行转型发展的趋势所在。 无锡工行电子银行业务的发展面临激烈的竞争,现行将电子银行业务仅作为传统业务补充的发展思路,,以及顺其自然的业务增长模式已严重制约了电子银行业务的发展。本文对无锡工行电子银行业务进行专题研究,以便为企业的发展找到新的机会。 首先,对商业银行电子银行业务进行了综述,分析了电子银行的特点及风险;对国内外电子银行的发展现状和典型实践进行了研究。 其次,运用五力模型对无锡工行的竞争环境进行了分析;运用SWOT分析方法对无锡工行的发展环境进行了分析;在上述分析的基础上,提出了无锡工行应采取差异化的竞争战略和进攻型的发展战略;在此基础上推出了无锡工行要实现以上战略目标,大力发展电子银行业务是必然选择,并运用战略管理的原理阐述了电子银行业务的发展战略应该与无锡工行的总体战略一致。 之后,通过翔实的业务数据和问卷调查的方法,对无锡工行电子银行业务发展情况进行分析,提出了该行电子银行业务发展中应该重点关注的问题。 最后笔者根据该行的发展战略,针对电子银行业务发展的制约因素,根据创建卓越的效率、品质、创新的基本思想,提出了制定无锡工行电子银行业务发展对策的总体原则和具体对策。同时提出了每个对策的指导思想和可行的实施方案。本研究对无锡工行电子银行业务的发展具有重要的参考意义。
[Abstract]:Wuxi Industrial and Commercial Bank is in the head office, provincial bank under the leadership of the second branch, under the jurisdiction of two county branches, 10 urban branches. At the end of June 2012, the balance of local and foreign currency deposits of ICBC in Wuxi exceeded 100 billion yuan, and the balance of local and foreign currency loans exceeded 80 billion yuan. The asset scale and profitability of ICBC in Wuxi are among the top in the secondary branches of ICBC system in China, but in recent years, the competition in domestic financial industry has become increasingly fierce. Wuxi Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) is facing great pressure from external competition and internal transformation. With the development of Internet and electronic commerce, electronic banking has been paid more and more attention by commercial banks because of its low cost and broad prospect. The development of electronic banking is the trend of the transformation and development of commercial banks. The development of ICBC's electronic banking business in Wuxi is facing fierce competition. The current development of electronic banking business as a supplement to traditional business, as well as the mode of business growth has seriously restricted the development of electronic banking business. This paper makes a special study on ICBC's electronic banking business in Wuxi in order to find new opportunities for the development of enterprises. Firstly, this paper summarizes the electronic banking business of commercial banks, analyzes the characteristics and risks of electronic banking, and studies the development status and typical practice of electronic banks at home and abroad. Secondly, the paper analyzes the competitive environment of ICBC in Wuxi by using the five-force model, and analyzes the development environment of ICBC in Wuxi by using SWOT analysis method. On the basis of the above analysis, the paper puts forward that ICBC in Wuxi should adopt a differentiated competitive strategy and an offensive development strategy. On the basis of this, the author puts forward that ICBC of Wuxi wants to realize the above strategic goal, it is inevitable to develop electronic banking business vigorously, and expounds that the development strategy of electronic banking business should be consistent with the overall strategy of ICBC in Wuxi by using the principle of strategic management. After that, through the method of detailed business data and questionnaire, this paper analyzes the development of ICBC's electronic banking business in Wuxi, and puts forward the problems that should be paid attention to in the development of this bank's electronic banking business. Finally, according to the development strategy of the bank, aiming at the restricting factors of the development of electronic banking, according to the basic idea of creating excellent efficiency, quality and innovation, The general principles and specific countermeasures for the development of ICBC's electronic banking in Wuxi are put forward. At the same time, the guiding ideology and feasible implementation plan of each countermeasure are put forward. This research has important reference significance for the development of ICBC's electronic banking business in Wuxi.
