PF银行集团客户信贷风险管理问题研究

【摘要】:目前集团客户的信贷风险管理已成为商业银行的热点和难点问题,但国内银行在这方面的研究尚处于起步阶段,管理的手段和措施尚有待进一步的完善。本文仅以一个商业银行从业人员的身份从加强PF银行信贷管理的角度对这一问题进行了探索,试图为PF银行信贷业的风险防范提供一个指导的框架。 首先,本文总结了国内外文献对于集团客户信贷风险的研究现状,提出本文的研究对象及其研究意义,并阐述了文章的研究思路、研究方式和方法。接着,文章从阐述商业银行集团客户理论基础开始着手,分别从商业银行集团客户信贷风险管理的动因、影响集团客户信贷风险管理的一般因素以及信贷风险管理的效应三个方面进行分析,通过理论基础分析,表明商业银行集团客户信贷风险管理的必要性和重要性。 在此基础上,进入到对PF银行的个性分析阶段,首先是从PF银行信贷风险管理的现状进行分析,包括PF银行集团客户风险的表现类型、集团客户的信贷风险现状以及PF银行对于集团客户信贷管理的原则和流程;其次从上文的分析中提炼出PF银行集团客户信贷管理存在的问题,主要是贷前风险识别不完善、贷前风险计量技术落后、贷后风险控制欠缺等问题,并针对这三个方面的问题逐一分析其成因。最后,文章还对国外银行集团客户信贷风险管理进行实践考察,并总结了加拿大皇家银行、花旗银行、汇丰银行等三家国际著名银行的管理经验,在借鉴国外银行风险管理经验在此基础上阐述了PF银行集团客户信贷风险的表现类型、风险现状和PF银行商业银行信贷风险管理的现状,着重描述了商业银行对于集团客户信贷风险管理的流程,并具体分析了商业银行集团客户信贷风险管理存在的问题和原因。 最后,在上文分析的基础上,借鉴了国外银行对于集团客户信贷管理的经验,提出了完善PF银行集团客户信贷管理的措施,切实防范集团客户的信贷风险。
[Abstract]:At present, the credit risk management of group customers has become a hot and difficult problem in commercial banks, but the research on this aspect of domestic banks is still in its infancy, and the means and measures of management need to be further improved. This paper, as a commercial bank employee, explores this problem from the angle of strengthening the credit management of PF bank, and tries to provide a guiding framework for the risk prevention of PF bank credit industry. First of all, this paper summarizes the domestic and foreign literature on the group customer credit risk research status, puts forward the research object and significance of this paper, and describes the research ideas, research methods and methods. Then, the paper begins with the theoretical basis of the commercial bank group customer, respectively from the commercial bank group customer credit risk management motivation, This paper analyzes the general factors affecting group customer credit risk management and the effect of credit risk management. Through theoretical analysis, it shows the necessity and importance of group customer credit risk management in commercial banks. On this basis, into the stage of personality analysis of PF bank, the first is to analyze the current situation of credit risk management of PF bank, including the performance type of customer risk of PF bank group. The current situation of credit risk of group customers and the principles and procedures of PF bank's credit management for group customers; Secondly, the problems in customer credit management of PF Bank Group are abstracted from the above analysis, such as imperfect pre-credit risk identification, backward pre-credit risk measurement technology, lack of post-credit risk control and so on. And in view of these three aspects of the problem one by one analysis of the causes. Finally, the paper also makes a practical investigation on customer credit risk management of foreign banking groups, and summarizes the management experience of three internationally famous banks, including Royal Bank of Canada, Citibank and HSBC. On the basis of drawing lessons from foreign bank risk management experience, this paper expounds the expression types of customer credit risk of PF bank group, the present situation of risk and the present situation of credit risk management of PF bank commercial bank. This paper mainly describes the process of credit risk management for group customers in commercial banks, and analyzes the problems and causes of credit risk management for group customers in commercial banks. Finally, on the basis of the above analysis, this paper draws lessons from the experience of foreign banks in the management of group customer credit, and puts forward some measures to improve the credit management of PF bank group, and to effectively prevent the credit risk of group customers.
