哈行沈阳分行人力资源管理激励机制方案设计

【摘要】:21世纪人类进入知识经济时代,银行间的竞争已经由传统以“物”为基础的竞争逐渐转移到以“人”为基础的竞争。人才成为银行最为宝贵的“第一资源”,并最终决定着银行业的市场竞争与发展前景。这便要求银行必须重视人力资源管理,提供与其价值相适应的报酬,以便激发银行员工的工作积极性,提升银行的竞争力。 人力资源管理作为商业银行赢得竞争优势实现资产持续增值的关键,,已经成为了当代商业银行在市场竞争过程中实现提高自身竞争力的源泉所在,人力资源管理的状态和效果对商业银行整体经济效益和发展影响重大。由于这种结果产生的原因所致,商业银行对于自身的人力资源管理方面的政策的效用以及员工的工作的绩效给予了更多的重视。对于商业银行的人力资源方面的投入情况是否实现了预期的目标,对于人力资源的管理时候能够和银行自身设定的目标一致的时候实现了能够和银行所处的内部外部环境保持一致,是否实现能够与银行其他部门的职能相互互补等等,对这些方面都会有一定的影响的。商业银行人力资源管理部门有必要对人力资源管理工作的计划与实施情况进行检查,以作为持续改善的依据。怎样实现商业银行对于人力资源管理方面的绩效研究和评价,一直以来都被社会所关注。 当前的国内的专家,虽然在对于商业银行的人力资源管理方面,特别是在激励机制的研究方面,研究得出了一些适用于定性和定量分析的方法和分析模型,而且也取得了一些研究成果。但总体来说许多研究尚处于理念探索阶段。本文结合哈尔滨银行沈阳分行的具体情况,研究了哈尔滨银行沈阳分行人力资源管理的现状和问题,构建了适合哈尔滨银行沈阳分行人力资源管理的激励机制方案,以识别人力资源管理对提高哈尔滨银行沈阳分行的组织效率,寻求提高哈尔滨银行沈阳分行人力资源管理绩效的途径。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, human beings have entered the era of knowledge economy, the competition among banks has been gradually transferred from the traditional competition based on "things" to the competition based on "people". Talents become the most valuable "first resource" of banks, and ultimately determine the market competition and development prospects of banking. This requires banks to attach importance to human resource management and provide compensation commensurate with its value in order to stimulate the enthusiasm of bank employees and enhance the competitiveness of banks. Human resource management, as the key for commercial banks to gain competitive advantage and realize the sustained appreciation of assets, has become the source of improving their competitiveness in the process of market competition. The state and effect of human resource management have great influence on the overall economic benefit and development of commercial banks. As a result of this result, commercial banks pay more attention to the effectiveness of their own human resource management policies and the performance of their staff. With regard to whether the investment in human resources of commercial banks has achieved the expected objectives, When the management of human resources is consistent with the goals set by the bank itself, it is able to achieve consistency with the internal and external environment of the bank, whether it can complement the functions of other departments of the bank, and so on. Will have a certain impact on these aspects. It is necessary for the HR management department of commercial banks to check the plan and implementation of HRM as the basis for continuous improvement. How to realize the performance research and evaluation of human resource management in commercial banks has been concerned by the society all the time. Current domestic experts, although in the field of human resource management of commercial banks, especially in the research of incentive mechanism, have obtained some methods and analytical models suitable for qualitative and quantitative analysis. Some research results have also been obtained. But generally speaking, many studies are still in the stage of conceptual exploration. According to the specific situation of Harbin Bank Shenyang Branch, this paper studies the present situation and problems of human resource management of Harbin Bank Shenyang Branch, and constructs an incentive mechanism scheme suitable for Harbin Bank Shenyang Branch Human Resource Management. In order to identify the human resource management to improve the organizational efficiency of Harbin Bank of Shenyang Branch, seek to improve the performance of human resources management of Harbin Bank Shenyang Branch.
