起重机行业融资租赁案例分析

【摘要】：本文主要分析的是在中国融资租赁行业有一定经营历史，项目运作经验丰富的远东国际租赁有限公司如何运用融资租赁工具为三家起重机运营企业提供融资服务。笔者首先介绍融资租赁行业、起重机行业以及远东租赁，并由此建立起初步的概念；其次，笔者以这三家起重机企业为主要分析目标，并适当引入一些同样成功获得融资的其它起重机企业的数据作为佐证，详细分析了这些公司的特征；再以此为基础，分析融资企业应该关注的问题，，为企业提供融资建议。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly analyzes how the far East International Leasing Co., Ltd., which has a certain operating history in China's finance leasing industry and experienced in project operation, provides financing services for three crane operators by using financial leasing tools. Firstly, the author introduces the finance leasing industry, crane industry and far East lease, and establishes a preliminary concept. Secondly, the author takes these three crane enterprises as the main analysis target, and appropriately introduces some data of other crane enterprises that have also been successfully financed as evidence, and analyzes the characteristics of these companies in detail; On the basis of this, this paper analyzes the problems that financing enterprises should pay attention to, and provides financing suggestions for enterprises.
