后金融危机时期中国外汇储备的适度规模研究

【摘要】：中国的外汇储备量经过近年来的高速增长后已达到相当高的规模,如何适当降低中国高额外汇储备并提高外汇储备利用效率已成为学术界关注的问题。通过实证分析得出中国的实际外汇储备量已经偏离其最优规模。在后金融危机时期运用外汇储备应对金融危机冲击是化解高额外汇储备、提高经济运行效率的有效方法。
[Abstract]:After the rapid growth of foreign exchange reserves in recent years, China's foreign exchange reserves have reached a rather high scale. How to properly reduce China's high foreign exchange reserves and improve the utilization efficiency of foreign exchange reserves has become a concern of academic circles. The empirical analysis shows that China's actual foreign exchange reserve has deviated from its optimal size. Using foreign exchange reserve to deal with the impact of financial crisis in the post-financial crisis is an effective way to resolve the high foreign exchange reserve and improve the efficiency of economic operation.
