我国城市商业银行发展模式研究

【摘要】:自1995年7月我国首个城市商业银行成立以来,至今已经达到147家。经过多年的锤炼,城市商业银行的发展取得了令人瞩目的成绩,已成为中国银行业继国有商业银行、股份制商业银行之后的“第三梯队”。在监管政策的引领推动、地方政府的大力支持和城市商业银行自我奋斗等多方面的共同努力下,城市商业银行正在阔步迈向发展的大道上。从中国金融业的“定时炸弹”到成为银行体系中最生机勃勃的群体之一。 但是伴随着国有商业银行和股份制银行的发展,外资银行的涌入,银行业的竞争也日益激烈,城市商业银行的发展也愈发艰难。在机会与挑战并存的环境下,城市商业银行想持久的提升竞争力,取得更加长远的发展,就必须找到适合自身的发展模式。 本文深入而系统的分析城市商业银行的发展现状、治理结构的特殊性和经营发展中的作用,采用与国外中小银行的比较分析和定性分析的方法,陈述了城市商业银行面临的发展问题以及造成的影响,提出了具体的改进方式。 研究主要内容:首先,简要的概述城市商业银行的现行的发展模式和存在的主要问题:市场定位模糊、治理结构不合理、缺乏创新和人才缺失。然后通过描述国外中小银行的特点,并根据比较分析,指出了城市商业银行借鉴国外中小银行发展经验的可行之处。最后综上所述,为城市商业银行的发展模式提出了对策建议。
[Abstract]:Since the establishment of the first city commercial bank in our country in July 1995, it has reached 147. After years of practice, the development of urban commercial banks has made remarkable achievements, and has become the "third echelon" of China's banking industry after the state-owned commercial banks and joint-stock commercial banks. With the guidance of supervision policy, the support of local government and the joint efforts of city commercial banks, the city commercial banks are striding forward to the road of development. From the time bomb in China's financial sector to becoming one of the most dynamic groups in the banking system. However, with the development of state-owned commercial banks and joint-stock banks and the influx of foreign banks, the competition of banking is becoming increasingly fierce, and the development of urban commercial banks is becoming more and more difficult. In the environment of co-existence of opportunities and challenges, the city commercial banks must find their own development model if they want to improve their competitiveness and achieve more long-term development. This article deeply and systematically analyzes the present situation of the city commercial bank, the particularity of the governance structure and the function of the management development, adopts the comparative analysis and the qualitative analysis method with the foreign small and medium-sized bank. This paper describes the development problems faced by city commercial banks and their impact, and puts forward some concrete ways to improve them. The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, the current development model and main problems of urban commercial banks are briefly summarized: the market positioning is vague, the governance structure is unreasonable, the lack of innovation and the lack of talents. Then, by describing the characteristics of foreign small and medium-sized banks, and according to the comparative analysis, the paper points out the feasibility of city commercial banks to learn from the development experience of foreign small and medium-sized banks. In the end, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the development mode of city commercial banks.
