调控FDI行业以助产业结构升级——基于对中国制造业的实证分析

【摘要】：本文分析了外商直接投资在中国制造业分布的决定因素,实证检验了海默垄断竞争理论对跨国公司在中国制造业投资的适用性。研究发现:(1)垄断竞争理论能很好解释外商在中国制造业投资的分布情况;(2)若干行业因素对跨国公司FDI具有重要影响。而后,文章对助力我国产业结构升级提出了若干政策建议。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the determinants of the distribution of foreign direct investment in China's manufacturing industry, and empirically tests the applicability of Hammer's monopoly competition theory to multinational corporations' investment in China's manufacturing industry. The results show that: (1) the theory of monopoly competition can explain the distribution of foreign investment in Chinese manufacturing industry; (2) some industry factors have important influence on the FDI of MNCs. Then, the article puts forward some policy suggestions to help our country's industrial structure upgrade.
