中国境外经贸合作区发展政策探析

【摘要】：正当前,中国企业在包括周边国家在内的许多发展中国家开发建设各类园区(包括开发区、工业园区、物流园区、工业新城等),中国政府也出台了一些政策予以支持(称之为境外经贸合作区)。经过多年发展,我们有必要对开发区"走出去"的过程及国家扶持政策加以总结并给出新的建议。一、发展阶段(一)企业自发行动时期(2005年之前)海尔和福建的华侨实业都是开发区的标志性先行者。
[Abstract]:At present, Chinese enterprises are developing and constructing various types of parks (including development zones, industrial parks, logistics parks, industrial new towns, etc.) in many developing countries, including neighboring countries. The Chinese government has also introduced a number of policies to support (known as the overseas economic and trade cooperation zone).
