宁波银行信用卡业务风险管理研究

【摘要】:我国的信用卡业务已经进入一个高速发展的阶段,自2003年以来我国信用卡发卡规模迎来了爆发式的增长,各大银行为了快速抢占信用卡市场份额,通过“跑马圈地”方式发放信用卡,甚至一些中小银行在信用卡风险管理水平相对薄弱的情况下,也纷纷加入发卡大军。随着发卡量的剧增,各家银行的信用卡不良率也节节攀升,信用卡风险不断暴露。然而,风险管理是发展信用卡业务最核心的内容,如何控制好风险,是确保信用卡业务健康、可持续发展的关键所在。从发达国家发展信用卡实践来看,风险管理贯穿于信用卡业务的各个环节,所有业务都以防范风险为核心。因此,我国在信用卡业务高速发展同时,如何建立起有效的风险管理体系是目前商业银行面临最大问题。 宁波银行作于2003年开始经营信用卡业务,经过几年的发展在市场占有率和品牌知名度都得到了提升。然而,宁波银行作为一家中小银行与一些大银行在风险管理方面存在一定差距,其风险管理仍处于初级阶段,风险管理水平未能满足业务的快速发展,从而导致风险问题不断暴露。本文将通过对宁波银行信用卡发展历史与现状以及风险管理各个阶段的风险管理措施做了详细的介绍,包括贷前、贷中、贷后的风险管理措施,并对两个典型的案例进行深入的剖析,找出其再风险管理中存在的问题。最后,针对宁波银行在信用卡风险管理方面存在的问题结合其实际情况,提出切实可行的风险管理提升措施。
[Abstract]:China's credit card business has entered a stage of high-speed development. Since 2003, the scale of credit card issuance in China has ushered in explosive growth. In order to rapidly seize the share of the credit card market, Even some small and medium-sized banks have joined the credit card issuing army under the relatively weak level of credit card risk management through the "Horse Circle" way of issuing credit cards, and even a few small and medium-sized banks have joined the credit card issuing force. Credit card risk has been exposed as the number of cards issued has skyrocketed and the banks' credit card malpractice has risen. However, risk management is the core of the development of credit card business. How to control the risk well is the key to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of credit card business. From the practice of credit card development in developed countries, risk management runs through all aspects of credit card business, all of which take risk prevention as the core. Therefore, at the same time, how to establish an effective risk management system is the biggest problem for commercial banks. Ningbo Bank began to operate credit card business in 2003, after several years of development in the market share and brand awareness has been improved. However, Ningbo Bank, as a small and medium-sized bank, has a certain gap with some big banks in risk management. Its risk management is still in the initial stage, and the level of risk management has failed to meet the rapid development of business. This leads to the constant exposure of the risk problem. This article will make a detailed introduction to the history and present situation of Ningbo Bank's credit card development and the risk management measures in various stages of risk management, including the risk management measures before, during and after the loan. The two typical cases are analyzed in depth to find out the problems existing in the re-risk management. Finally, in view of the problems existing in the credit card risk management of Ningbo Bank, combined with its actual situation, this paper puts forward feasible measures to improve the risk management.
