储备货币竞争性供给、国际金融危机与国际货币体系变革

【摘要】：现行国际货币体系下,缺乏对国际储备货币供给的约束,储备货币发行国具有巨大的政治经济利益,而承担的成本却很小。主要储备货币国具有发行货币的内在冲动,形成国际储备货币的竞争性供给,国际储备货币总是处于过量供给状态,从而引发世界性的流动性过剩。实体经济增长有限,货币向虚拟经济转移势所必然,最终导致了国际金融危机。国际金融危机突显了国际货币体系变革的必要,也促成了变革机会。着力推进以区域货币为基础的变革、适当加快人民币国际化是保障中国国家利益的可行选择。
[Abstract]:Under the current international monetary system, there is no restriction on the international reserve money supply, the issuing countries of reserve currency have great political and economic interests, but the cost is very small. The main reserve currency countries have the intrinsic impulse to issue the currency and form the competitive supply of the international reserve currency. The international reserve currency is always in an oversupply state, which leads to the world liquidity surplus. The growth of real economy is limited, and the transfer of currency to virtual economy is inevitable, which leads to the international financial crisis. The international financial crisis has highlighted the need for and opportunities for change in the international monetary system. It is a feasible choice to promote the reform based on regional currency and accelerate the internationalization of RMB properly.
