建设银行济南地区中间业务发展策略研究

【摘要】:中间业务是指不构成商业银行表内资产、表内负债,形成银行非利息收入的业务。西方商业银行中间业务收入是其利润的重要来源,随着我国金融体制改革的深化和社会经济发展对金融需求的推动,国内银行已经开始重视中间业务。银行将更多地发挥中介服务功能,从赚取利差收入为主到赚取服务收入为主,中间业务已成为银行业务的发展方向。 济南地处全省的政治、经济、文化中心,集聚了大批市场主体,拥有最丰富的金融资源,也面临最激烈的市场竞争,如何在持续竞争中获胜是迫在眉睫的问题。在这一背景下,研究建行济南地区中间业务如何进一步发展,以切实发挥省会行的龙头作用和辐射效应,促进全省中间业务发展,具有重要的现实意义。 本文以建行济南地区为研究对象,从中间业务的基本概念入手,分析了中国建设银行济南地区的中间业务发展现状,存在的问题。构造了外部、内部环境评价矩阵,对外部环境和内部环境进行了分析,运用SWOT等分析等工具,提出了建行济南地区的中间业务发展的建议,并从组织结构、考核机制、人力资源、技术支持、风险控制等方面提出了相关内部管理策略。
[Abstract]:Intermediate business refers to the business that does not constitute assets, liabilities and non-interest income in the balance sheet of a commercial bank. The income from intermediate business of western commercial banks is an important source of profit. With the deepening of financial system reform in China and the promotion of financial demand by social and economic development, domestic banks have begun to attach importance to intermediate business. Banks will give more play to the function of intermediary services, from earning spread income to service income, intermediate business has become the development direction of banking business. Jinan is located in the political, economic, cultural center of the province, gathered a large number of market subjects, has the richest financial resources, but also faces the most fierce market competition, how to win in the continuous competition is an urgent problem. Under this background, it is of great practical significance to study how to further develop the intermediate business in Jinan area of CCB in order to give full play to the leading role and radiation effect of the provincial capital bank and to promote the development of intermediate business in the whole province. This paper takes Jinan area of CCB as the research object, starts with the basic concept of intermediate business, and analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the intermediate business development in Jinan area of China Construction Bank. This paper constructs the external and internal environment evaluation matrix, analyzes the external environment and the internal environment, and puts forward some suggestions for the development of the intermediate business in Jinan area of the CCB by means of SWOT and other tools, and puts forward some suggestions on the development of the intermediate business in Jinan area from the point of view of organization structure and assessment mechanism. Human resources, technical support, risk control and other aspects of internal management strategies.
