H银行对中小企业融资问题和对策研究

【摘要】：众所周知,小型和中小型企业(中小企业)是所有的经济支柱,在先进的工业化国家的活力和灵活性,以及新兴和发展中经济体,中小企业经济也是经济增长的一个重要来源。小企业带来创新的产品或技术的市场尤为重要。H银行(中国)有限公司自进入中国金融市场后,都非常注重中小企业的业务,并为中小企业设计适合他们使用的金融产品,如资本融资,贸易融资,供应链融资等。这些产品都有助于中小企业获得更多资金进而扩大业务,做更多的创新,创造更多的就业机会。研究表明,H银行(中国)有限公司有很大的空间去提高他们的贷款服务,和信用制度。从这篇论文中,我们将会根据H银行的案例进行分析,并使用市场份额理论,以及SWOT理论对中小企业在银行融资的情况进行分析。首先,根据中小融资难的问题,以及银行对中小企融资的限制,我们将提出相关的问题,其次,基于提出的问题,我们找出五个直接影响银行放贷给中小企业的原因,再次,通过全盘的分析,我们将使用市场份额以及SWOT的理论对跟有有效地解决问题,最后,通过以上提出的问题,以及解决办法,更能证明对中小企业融资是刻不容缓,而且银行也必须改善对中小企融资的产品
