农村金融需求结构演变与新时期金融资源配置取向

【摘要】：经济结构的变化,意味着承载这种经济结构的主体发生变化,主体的变化必然导致主体需求的变化。而在这个变化过程中,涉及的诸多经济要素,如土地、劳动力、金融资源就必须重新组合、重新配置。农村经济结构调整、农业产业化升级、农村经济发展方式的转变以及农村城镇化的推进,给农村经济结构和资金需求结构都带来了巨大变化。农村金融如何适应农业现代化和农村城镇化的发展,找准金融资源配置方向,合理调整和配置农村金融资源,创新金融产品,支持农村经济又好又快发展,是当前乃至今后一段时期金融业必须着力研究和解决的问题。其具体对策为:健全和完善农村金融组织体系;推动多元化融资体制的建立;规范民间借贷行为,提高民间融资效率。
[Abstract]:The change of economic structure means that the main body carrying this kind of economic structure has changed, and the change of subject will inevitably lead to the change of main demand. In the process of this change, many economic elements, such as land, labor and financial resources, must be recombined and reallocated. The adjustment of rural economic structure, the upgrading of agricultural industrialization, the transformation of rural economic development mode and the promotion of rural urbanization have brought great changes to the rural economic structure and the structure of capital demand. How rural finance adapts to the development of agricultural modernization and rural urbanization, finds out the direction of allocation of financial resources, reasonably adjusts and allocates rural financial resources, innovates financial products, and supports the good and rapid development of rural economy. It is a problem that the financial industry must study and solve at present and even in the future. The concrete countermeasures are as follows: perfecting and perfecting the rural financial organization system; promoting the establishment of diversified financing system; standardizing the behavior of private lending and improving the efficiency of private financing.
