民营银行上市后绩效问题研究与启示——基于民生银行上市后的业绩走势分析

【摘要】：本文以上市民营银行的典型代表为例,将相关财务指标与非财务指标结合起来进行对比,用定量的分析方法对上市民营银行的绩效加以分析。其结论是,从财务指标方面来看,民营银行上市后的绩效表现明显优于一些国有商业银行。其原因是,民营银行的股权结构不仅关系到民营银行的性质,而且对民营银行的经营绩效起一定的决定作用。此外,本文的分析还预示了打破国有银行的垄断局面和股权结构,将有利于提高银行业经营管理绩效,并且使市场资源得到有效的配置。
[Abstract]:Taking the typical representatives of listed private banks as an example, this paper compares the relevant financial indicators with non-financial indicators, and analyzes the performance of listed private banks by quantitative analysis method. The conclusion is that from the point of view of financial indicators, the performance of private banks after listing is obviously better than that of some state-owned commercial banks. The reason is that the ownership structure of private banks is not only related to the nature of private banks, but also plays a certain role in determining the operating performance of private banks. In addition, the analysis of this paper also indicates that breaking the monopoly situation and ownership structure of state-owned banks will be conducive to improving the performance of banking management and the effective allocation of market resources.
