发展消费信贷与扩大农村消费需求相关性研究

【摘要】:之所以要开展对发展消费信贷与扩大农村消费需求相关性研究,一方面是因为目前我国农村居民消费水平明显偏低。我国7亿多农村人口实现的消费品零售额近占社会消费品零售总额的30%,农村居民人均消费水平仅相当于城市居民的1/3,农村居民消费水平落后城镇居民至少10年以上。因此,无论是从改变我国经济发展方式看,还是从改善农村民生看,都需要扩大农村消费需求。然而,要扩大农村消费需求,就需要发展消费信贷。因为发展消费信贷对扩大农村消费需求起着极为重要的作用。另一方面扩大农村消费需求又会对我国消费信贷发展产生重大影响。由于受经济发展水平、市场体制以及消费观念等多种因素的制约,我国消费信贷发展缓慢,而扩大农村消费需求将对我国消费信贷发展注入长久动力,并将为我国金融业的发展创造一个新的经济增长点。因此,对发展消费信贷与扩大农村消费需求相关性进行研究具有重要的理论和现实意义。 本文从文献综述和相关理论入手,首先对发展消费信贷与扩大农村消费需求进行相关性分析。在此基础上选取1994-2010年我国农村居民家庭平均每人生活消费支出、农村居民家庭人均纯收入、农村消费信贷三组数据组建模型,进行实证分析,得出发展消费信贷与扩大农村消费需求是正相关的结论。接着结合我国农村实际情况,深入分析了发展消费信贷对扩大农村消费需求的作用,即有利于提高农村居民人收入;提升农村居民消费倾向;改善农村居民消费结构;改变农村居民消费预算线。然后探讨了扩大农村消费需求对我国消费信贷发展的影响,,即扩大农村消费需求不仅是发展消费信贷的长久动力,也是发展消费信贷的本质要求,是完善消费信贷社会环境的必要条件。最后对如何更好发展农村消费信贷、扩大农村消费需求提出对策建议。 本文的创新之处主要是较为系统的研究构建了发展消费信贷与农村消费需求的分析框架。
[Abstract]:The reason why we should carry out the research on the correlation between the development of consumer credit and the expansion of rural consumer demand is on the one hand because the consumption level of rural residents in our country is obviously low at present. The retail sales of consumer goods realized by more than 700 million rural people in China account for nearly 30% of the total retail sales of social consumer goods. The per capita consumption level of rural residents is only 1% of that of urban residents, and the consumption level of rural residents lags behind that of urban residents for at least 10 years. Therefore, whether from the point of view of changing the mode of economic development in our country, or from the point of view of improving the people's livelihood in rural areas, we need to expand the rural consumption demand. However, in order to expand rural consumer demand, it is necessary to develop consumer credit. Because the development of consumer credit plays a very important role in expanding rural consumer demand. On the other hand, expanding rural consumer demand will have a significant impact on the development of consumer credit in China. Due to the restriction of many factors, such as the level of economic development, the market system and the concept of consumption, the development of consumer credit in China is slow, and the expansion of rural consumer demand will inject a long-term impetus into the development of consumer credit in China. And will create a new economic growth point for the development of China's financial industry. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the correlation between the development of consumer credit and the expansion of rural consumer demand. Starting with literature review and related theories, this paper first analyzes the correlation between the development of consumer credit and the expansion of rural consumer demand. On this basis, three groups of data, namely, the average per capita consumption expenditure of rural households, the per capita net income of rural households and rural consumer credit, were selected for empirical analysis. It is concluded that the development of consumer credit is positively related to the expansion of rural consumer demand. Then, combined with the actual situation in rural areas of our country, this paper deeply analyzes the role of the development of consumer credit in expanding rural consumption demand, that is, it is beneficial to improve the income of rural residents, enhance the consumption tendency of rural residents, improve the consumption structure of rural residents, and improve the consumption structure of rural residents. Change the consumption budget line of rural residents. Then it discusses the influence of expanding rural consumer demand on the development of consumer credit in China, that is, expanding rural consumer demand is not only the long-term driving force for the development of consumer credit, but also the essential requirement for the development of consumer credit. It is a necessary condition to perfect the social environment of consumer credit. Finally, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to better develop rural consumer credit and expand rural consumer demand. The innovation of this paper is to systematically study and construct the analysis framework of developing consumer credit and rural consumer demand.
