我国国有商业银行个人理财产品收益的比较研究

【摘要】:随着改革开放的逐步推进和市场经济的快速发展,我国居民财富也出现了飞速的增长,经济升温和通货膨胀的存在必然促使居民储存财富的形式不仅仅限于现金,这种极易受到通过膨胀和汇率变动影响的资产形式。多元化投资思维的深入民心和货币等价物市场及资本市场的全面发展引致的投资方式多样化,催生了一种运用多种投资方式组合而形成的管理财富的方式,即理财产品。在理财产品市场中占据主导地位的便是商业银行理财产品,本文专注于研究商业银行中核心组成成员——国有商业银行发行的理财产品收益情况。 本文从理财产品市场的发展历史出发,按多种角度对理财产品进行分类,并且通过研究理财产品的发展历程来推导理财产品的发展趋势和方向。结合权威数据的深度挖掘,运用描述性统计和比较统计等数量方法,重点研究了国有商业银行理财产品收益情况。并进一步通过横向的比较和纵向的比较,对国有商业银行理财产品分别与其他类型商业银行发行的理财产品进行比较以及与其他金融机构发行的投资、资产管理类型产品进行比较,得出了本文的结论:国有商业银行发行规模大、产品信息披露度高,并且逐步迈出差异化竞争步伐;但与股份制商业银行仍存在一定差距;而国有商业银行理财产品对基金的比较各有千秋。 立足以上结论,本文亦提出针对性的建议和参考意见,包括:加快银行零售业务转型,;加大创新力度,促进产品的多元化;重视差异化竞争策略,增强经营的灵活性:加强理财产品的风险管理,提升理财产品“性价比”。为理财产品市场的完善发展、也为理财产品的设计者和发行主体献计献策,亦为撰写本文的意义和初衷。
[Abstract]:With the gradual promotion of reform and opening up and the rapid development of market economy, the wealth of residents in our country has also increased rapidly. The existence of economic heating and inflation will inevitably prompt residents to store wealth in a form that is not limited to cash. This form of assets is highly vulnerable to the effects of inflation and exchange rate movements. The diversification of investment methods caused by the deepening of diversified investment thinking and the all-round development of monetary equivalent market and capital market has given birth to a way of managing wealth formed by the combination of various investment methods, that is, financial products. The financial products of commercial banks play a dominant role in the market of financial products. This paper focuses on the income of wealth management products issued by state-owned commercial banks, which is the core member of commercial banks. Based on the development history of financial products market, this paper classifies financial products from various angles, and deduces the development trend and direction of financial products by studying the development course of financial products. Combined with the deep mining of authoritative data, this paper focuses on the income of financial products of state-owned commercial banks by using descriptive statistics and comparative statistics and other quantitative methods. And further through horizontal comparison and vertical comparison, the financial products of state-owned commercial banks are compared with those issued by other types of commercial banks, as well as the investments issued by other financial institutions. Compared with the product of asset management type, the conclusion of this paper is as follows: the issuance scale of state-owned commercial banks is large, the disclosure of product information is high, and the step of differentiation and competition is taken step by step; However, there is still a certain gap between the state-owned commercial banks and the joint-stock commercial banks, and the comparison of the financial products of the state-owned commercial banks to the fund is different. Based on the above conclusions, this paper also puts forward targeted suggestions and reference opinions, including: speeding up the transformation of bank retail business, strengthening innovation and promoting product diversification; Attach importance to differential competition strategy, enhance the flexibility of management: strengthen the risk management of financial products, improve the "performance-price ratio" of financial products. It also provides suggestions for the designers and issuers of wealth management products, and also for the significance and original intention of this paper.
