中国外商直接投资区位差异性与优化配置

【摘要】：进入21世纪以来,我国实际利用FDI规模呈现快速增长的态势,但在不同区域存在明显的数量和质量差异,这对区域经济协调发展产生了重要影响,特别是不利于发挥中西部的区位优势。文章重点分析了我国东、中、西部地区利用FDI规模的绝对差异、相对差异、质量和效率差异及省际差异,发现有多方面因素导致了这些差异的形成,包括集聚经济因素、政策因素、市场因素、成本因素、产业级差因素、人力资本因素和区位因素等,在此基础上提出了FDI优化配置的政策建议。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of the 21st century, the actual utilization of FDI in China has shown a trend of rapid growth, but there are obvious quantitative and qualitative differences in different regions, which has an important impact on the coordinated development of regional economy, especially is not conducive to giving full play to the location advantages of the central and western regions. This paper focuses on the analysis of the absolute differences, relative differences, quality and efficiency differences and inter-provincial differences in the utilization of FDI in the eastern, middle and western regions of China. It is found that there are many factors leading to the formation of these differences, including agglomeration economic factors, policy factors, market factors, cost factors, industrial differential factors, human capital factors and location factors. On this basis, the policy recommendations for optimal allocation of FDI are put forward.
