人民币升值压力与国际化进程关系之辨

【摘要】：近期,中美汇率问题之争再起波澜,人民币汇率问题必将成为中美双方今后一段时期内争论的焦点之一,人民币新一轮升值压力也将接踵而来。与此同时,人民币升值压力和美元长期战略性贬值,既是人民币国际化进程中不可回避的问题,也使人民币国际化和人民币成为国际性货币的议论不断升温。如何看待和评估人民币升值压力与人民币国际化进程的关系,是当前中国国际金融战略需要思考的一个重要课题。
[Abstract]:Recently, the dispute over the exchange rate between China and the United States has resurfaced, and the issue of RMB exchange rate is bound to become one of the focuses of debate between China and the United States in the coming period, and a new round of appreciation pressure on the RMB will also follow. At the same time, the pressure of RMB appreciation and the long-term strategic depreciation of the US dollar are not only unavoidable problems in the process of RMB internationalization, but also make the discussion of RMB internationalization and RMB becoming an international currency keep rising. How to treat and evaluate the relationship between the pressure of RMB appreciation and the process of RMB internationalization is an important subject to be considered in China's international financial strategy at present.
