浅析引导基金对所扶持创投企业的监督管理

【摘要】：引导基金作为一种创新型的政府投资方式,正在被越来越多的地方政府认识和运用。同时,由于社会资金与引导基金合作开发创投市场可以获得诸多便利,使其成为创投资金争相合作的对象。引导基金及其所扶持的创投企业正在成为区域经济发展、产业结构调整的重要工具和手段。但是,由于引导基金在我国尚属新生事物,创投企业又良莠不齐,对引导基金如何扶持创投企业仍存在不少模糊认识,尤其是在应否对引导基金所扶持创投企业进行监督管理和如何监督管理上存在较大分歧,严重影响了引导基金在我国的发展和推广。
[Abstract]:As an innovative way of government investment, the guidance fund is being recognized and applied by more and more local governments. At the same time, the development of the venture capital market by the social fund and the guide fund can be facilitated, making it the object of the venture capital to cooperate. The guidance fund and its supporting venture enterprises are becoming an important tool and means of regional economic development and industrial structure adjustment. However, because that guide fund is a new thing in our country, the venture enterprise is not good, and there are still a lot of vague understanding of how the guidance fund can support the venture enterprise. In particular, there is a big difference in the supervision and administration of the venture enterprises supported by the guidance fund and the supervision and administration, which seriously affects the development and promotion of the guide fund in our country.
