韩国对中国直接投资的决定因素分析

　　中国是韩国对外投资最重要的对象之一。韩国企业把资金投向中国以降低生产成本并扩大市场份额。过去,韩国的直接投资中相当大一部分来自于中小企业,并把重点放在了毗邻的山东及东北三省且投放的资金数额相对较少。然而近年来,每次的投资数额正逐渐增大,对长江三角洲地区的投资也明显增加,为中国国内市场及出口的发展创造了一个更好的发展环境。本文介绍了近年来韩国向中国直接投资的模式,并以实证分析为依据对其决定因素进行了探究。从实证研究出发,本文认为以韩国实际GDP增长率来衡量的有限市场增长是导致韩国企业向中国投资,扩大市场的动因,同时,韩国产业结构不适于发展劳动密集型产业,这也促使韩国企业把资金投向中国以降低其生产成本。
