【摘要】:企业战略是指导和决定企业经营发展全局的重要因素,是企业在市场竞争中获得生存与发展的核心工作。近年来,电信行业发展速度逐步趋缓,行业发展已到成熟阶段后期。基于内外部环境的变化,中国电信提出战略转型的目标,G电信公司是中国电信集团下属的省级公司,作为西部地区的主流电信运营商之一,具有一定的代表性。为此,研究G电信公司的核心竞争力和战略定位,寻求转型对策。在“三网融合”和全业务经营的背景下,以期对中国电信持续推进战略转型在省级公司和本地网层面的实施,可提供一定的参考价值。 论文共分六章:第一章为绪论,主要介绍论文研究的背景、方法和意义。第二章对G电信公司内部进行分析,主要分析其组织架构、市场份额、业务结构、盈利情况、人力资源、企业文化等现状。第三章对G电信公司所处的外部环境分析,包括宏观环境、产业发展历程和趋势、竞争格局等。第四章对G电信公司进行SWOT分析,确定公司核心竞争力,并基于核心优势确定其发展战略选择,即战略目标为:建设成为西部一流的现代综合信息服务提供商;在广西信息化建设中占据主导地位。第五章基于G电信公司发展战略选择和目标,从市场发展、网络发展、财务、组织等四个方面阐述具体的功能策略与保障措施。第六章为论文结论。
[Abstract]:Enterprise strategy is an important factor in guiding and determining business development as a whole, is the enterprise core work for the survival and development of competition in the market. In recent years, the telecommunications industry development speed gradually slowed, the development of the industry has to mature stage. The change of internal and external environment based on the China Telecom proposed strategic transformation goals, G telecom company is China Telecom Group subsidiary company, as one of the western mainstream telecom operators, has certain representativeness. Therefore, the core competitiveness and strategic positioning of G telecom company, seek the countermeasure of the transformation. In the background of "triple play" and the whole business, in order to continue to promote the strategic transformation of China Telecom in the provincial company and the level of implementation of the local network, can provide a certain reference value.
This paper is divided into six chapters: the first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the research background, methods and significance. The second chapter analyzes the internal G telecom company, mainly analyzes its organization structure, market share, business structure, profitability, human resources, corporate culture status. The third chapter is the analysis of the of G telecom company the external environment, including macro environment, industry development trend and experiences, such as the pattern of competition. In the fourth chapter, SWOT analysis of G telecom company, determine the company's core competitiveness, and based on the core advantage of its development strategy, the strategic goal is to become the construction of first-class modern integrated information service provider to occupy the dominant position in Guangxi; in the information construction. The fifth chapter is based on the G company development strategy and objectives, from the market development, network development, finance, the four aspects of organization of specific strategies and protection function The sixth chapter is the conclusion of the paper.
