【摘要】:随着网络技术、信息技术和电子商务的快速发展,传统的票务、旅游、酒店等社会服务呈现出融合趋同的态势,跨行业资源的整合催生出了综合商旅服务产业。近年来,国内商旅服务行业加速发展,携程、淘宝、艺龙等全国知名电商企业积极开发综合商旅服务项目,成为行业领军。中国邮政顺应时代潮流,,借鉴携程等优秀企业的经验,充分发挥覆盖全国的网络资源优势,高水平创业,打造一流的邮政商旅服务品牌,对邮政行业转型发展具有重要意义。 论文在分析研究背景和国内外行业研究现状的基础上,构建了陕西邮政开发商旅服务项目的研究思路、研究方法和研究方案,并对论文涉及的概念给予界定,对所涉及的行业专业术语进行解释和说明;然后针对国内商旅服务发展情况、邮政商旅开发情况进行分析,结合陕西的经济状况分析陕西商旅服务行业的问题和机遇以及陕西邮政商旅服务项目存在问题;最后从平台建设、品牌塑造、合作关系维护、渠道建设、管理团队建设五个方面详细探讨了邮政开发商旅服务的项目的策略。 本文在分析陕西邮政开发商旅服务项目现状的基础上,结合产业发展趋势,重点研究邮政商旅服务的渠道优势,提出平台优化方案、合作机制、产品规划和品牌策略,为邮政商旅服务项目开发提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of network technology, information technology and e-commerce, the traditional ticketing, tourism, hotel and other social services show a trend of convergence. The integration of cross-industry resources gave birth to the integrated business travel service industry. In recent years, the domestic business travel service industry has accelerated development, Ctrip, Taobao, Yilong and other well-known e-commerce enterprises actively develop comprehensive business travel service projects. China Post conforms to the trend of the times, draw lessons from the experience of excellent enterprises such as Ctrip, give full play to the advantages of network resources covering the country, high level entrepreneurship, and create a first-class postal business travel service brand. It is of great significance to the transformation and development of postal industry. Based on the analysis of the research background and the current situation of the domestic and foreign industries, this paper constructs the research ideas, research methods and research schemes of Shaanxi Post developing business travel service project, and defines the concepts involved in the paper. Explain and explain the technical terms involved in the industry; Then according to the development of domestic business services, the development of postal business tourism analysis, combined with the economic situation of Shaanxi business travel service industry problems and opportunities as well as Shaanxi postal business travel service project problems; Finally, this paper discusses the strategy of developing business travel service from five aspects: platform construction, brand building, cooperative relationship maintenance, channel construction and management team building. Based on the analysis of the current situation of Shaanxi postal service development, combined with the trend of industrial development, this paper focuses on the channel advantages of postal business travel service, and puts forward the platform optimization scheme and cooperation mechanism. Product planning and brand strategy, for postal business services project development to provide reference.
