商务社交平台风险评估与控制方法研究

【摘要】：My space和Facebook在美国的兴起，吸引了人们对于SNS的热情，短短几年的时间便风靡整个世界，受到众多企业和网民的追捧。当然，我国的SNS也趁势迅速崛起，并掀起了一股SNS热潮，随着我国SNS网站用户数量的积累和不断扩大，SNS网站也在逐步的走向大众化，也就出现了不同类型的网站，如：校园网、娱乐网、婚介网、商务社交网站等。而近年来，随着互联网用户的日益年轻化和职业化，商务社交网站的价值便日益凸显，同时风险也随之而来。但我国研究的对象大多为娱乐型网站，对其它类型的网站还很少涉猎，尤其对于商务社交平台的研究更是少之又少。本文对商务社交平台的风险进行分析和研究，不仅对于商务社交平台将来更好地服务大众并实现价值最大化具有一定的进步意义,同时也能够维护和促进互联网的健康发展。本文以商务社交平台为研究对象，通过企业实习和文献阅读，采用定量和定性的方法对商务社交平台存在的风险进行分析。首先从风险管理和SNS的理论开始入手，阐述国内和国外商务社交平台的现状、发展以及关于商务社交平台风险国内外的研究，接着就是用流程图法对商务社交平台进行风险识别；然后用层次分析法和模糊数学的方法对其进行定量分析；最后对商务社交平台的风险进行控制，再用一个实际案例对其进行分析论证。本文总结归纳了商务社交平台的基本风险类型和等级，提出了根据商务社交平台风等级的不同，采取不同的风险监控和风险防范措施。这为商务社交平台风险理论上的研究提供了思路，，为华邦商务社交平台的风险防范提供具有实际应用价值的方法和措施。
[Abstract]:The rise of my space and Facebook in the United States has attracted people's enthusiasm for SNS. In just a few years, it has swept the whole world and been sought after by many enterprises and netizens. Of course. China's SNS also took advantage of the rapid rise, and set off a wave of SNS upsurge, with the accumulation of users of our SNS website and the continuous expansion of the SNS website is gradually moving towards the popular. There are also different types of websites, such as: campus network, entertainment network, matchmaking network, business social networking site, etc. In recent years, with the Internet users are getting younger and more professional. The value of business social networking sites will become increasingly prominent, but the risk also follows. However, most of the research objects in China are entertainment sites, and few of the other types of websites are dabbled in. Especially for the business social platform research is rare. This paper analyzes and studies the risk of business social platform. It is not only of great significance for the business social platform to serve the public better in the future and realize the maximization of value, but also can maintain and promote the healthy development of the Internet. This article takes the business social platform as the research object, through the enterprise practice and the literature reading. Using quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze the risks of business social platform. Firstly, starting with the theory of risk management and SNS, this paper expounds the current situation of business social platform both at home and abroad. The development and the research on the risk of business social platform at home and abroad, then use the flow chart method to identify the risk of business social platform; Then the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy mathematics are used for quantitative analysis. Finally, the risk of business social platform is controlled, and an actual case is used to analyze and prove it. This paper summarizes and summarizes the basic risk types and levels of the business social platform, and puts forward the differences according to the level of the business social platform. Different risk monitoring and risk prevention measures are adopted, which provides a train of thought for the theoretical study of business social platform risk, and provides practical application value methods and measures for the risk prevention of Huabang business social platform.
