开放源代码软件商业模式的分析与研究

【摘要】：基于开放源代码的软件开发作为现今软件产业的重要组成部分已逐渐形成了一种特殊的经济现象。该现象正在对传统软件产业组织的演进及变革产生着深远影响，，同时引发了学术界与工业界对软件产业发展模式及战略的思考与探索。对开放源代码软件的发展机制与商业模式的研究具有重要意义。论文以开放源代码软件的商业模式分析研究为核心，基于产业组织理论、网络经济学理论和双边市场理论，综合运用了博弈论、比较分析及案例分析的研究方法。首先，论文基于合理假设归纳了开放源代码软件运作的八种基本商业模式；进而通过对知名开源操作系统Linux的案例分析进一步归纳总结出包括“收取服务费用”、“推广商业版软件”、“嵌入商业软件”三个获取利润的主要商业运作模式的理论模型；最后，基于该模型分析了开放源代码软件对软件企业竞争力及全产业的作用规律。 1）基于开放源代码软件与封闭源代码软件技术特性的差异分析，通过引入合理假设扩展及算法优化的Economides和Katsamakas（2005）模型，更加贴近现实经济现象。 2）构建了一个开放源代码软件商业运作模式的理论模型框架，综合考虑了网络外部性、软件价格、软件技术、产品质量、用户的喜好及用户技术水平等因素，并通过推导得出几种主要的盈利商业模式。 3）开放源代码软件与封闭源代码软件将在市场中长期共存。
[Abstract]:As an important part of today's software industry, open-source software development has gradually formed a special economic phenomenon, which is having a profound impact on the evolution and transformation of traditional software industry organizations. . At the same time, it leads to the thinking and exploration of the development model and strategy of software industry in academia and industry, which is of great significance to the research of the development mechanism and business model of open source software. Based on the industrial organization theory, the network economics theory and the bilateral market theory, the thesis uses the game theory synthetically. First of all, eight basic business models of open source software operation are summarized based on reasonable assumptions. Then through the well-known open source operating system Linux case analysis further summarized including "charging service fees", "promote the commercial version of software". The theoretical models of the three main business operation modes of "embedded business software"; Finally, based on the model, the effect of open source software on the competitiveness of software enterprises and the whole industry is analyzed. 1) based on the analysis of the differences between open source software and closed source software. By introducing the Economides and Katsamakasan 2005 models of reasonable hypothesis expansion and algorithm optimization, the model is closer to the real economic phenomenon. 2) A theoretical model framework of open source software business operation mode is constructed, considering network externality, software price, software technology and product quality. Several major profitable business models are derived from the factors such as user preferences and user technical level. 3) Open source software and closed source software will coexist in the market for a long time.
