基于CMMI的A公司软件测试管理研究

【摘要】：随着全球信息产业的飞速发展,计算机软件已逐渐渗透到各个行业,软件产品直接影响到了人们的工作和生活。近几年来,中国的软件产业规模已逐渐发展起来,但中国企业对软件质量方面的投入大大滞后于软件产业规模的增长。面对激烈的市场竞争,如何提高软件质量是每个软件组织都非常重视的问题。软件中存在的缺陷发现得越早,软件的开发费用就越低,软件的质量就越高,软件发布后的维护费用就越低。因此,在软件的生命周期中,软件测试作为保证软件质量的一种重要手段,得到了人们越来越多的重视。除了提高软件测试技术以外,一个好的、成熟的软件测试管理过程能够最大限度地保证软件测试的有效性和适度性,进而保证软件产品的质量。 A公司是目前世界顶尖的桌面管理软件的提供商,自主研发多款终端管理软件,并在国内外拥有很大的市场占有率。A公司虽然有稳定的市场,但近几年来不断有新的竞争者出现。为了巩固软件产品在业界的地位,除了不断的技术革新以为,持续提高软件产品质量更是A公司不断追求的目标。经过多年的积累,A公司内部基本上形成了一套软件测试管理体系,但随着软件开发技术模式的日益更新,软件项目规模的不断扩大,A公司在软件测试过程中还存在诸多问题,增加了项目成本,影响了产品质量。本文从理论分析和具体项目实践两方面进行研究。通过阐述软件测试管理和CMMI的相关理论,对整个软件生命周期的各个阶段对测试管理的多方面进行分析,并和相关的CMMI过程域进行对比分析,找到A公司软件测试管理过程存在的问题和需要改进的地方,提出了以CMMI为指导思想的过程改进措施,形成了一套适用A公司内部项目的规范的软件测试管理流程,并在A公司的新项目进行实施,取得了良好的效果,保证和控制了软件产品的质量,提高了客户满意度。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of global information industry, computer software has gradually penetrated into various industries, and software products have directly affected people's work and life. In recent years, the scale of software industry in China has gradually developed. However, Chinese enterprises' investment in software quality lags behind the growth of the software industry. In the face of fierce market competition, How to improve software quality is a problem that every software organization attaches great importance to. The sooner the defects in software are discovered, the lower the software development costs will be, the higher the software quality will be, and the lower the maintenance costs will be after the software release. In the life cycle of software, software testing, as an important means to guarantee software quality, has been paid more and more attention. The mature software test management process can guarantee the validity and appropriateness of software testing to the maximum extent, and then guarantee the quality of software products. Company A is the top provider of desktop management software in the world at present. It independently develops a number of terminal management software, and has a very large market share at home and abroad. A company has a stable market, although it has a stable market. But in recent years, new competitors have emerged. In order to consolidate the position of software products in the industry, in addition to continuous technological innovation, Continuously improving the quality of software products is the goal that A company pursues continuously. After many years of accumulation, A company has basically formed a set of software test management system, but with the software development technology model updating day by day, With the continuous expansion of software project scale, there are still many problems in the software testing process, which increase the project cost and affect the product quality. This paper studies from two aspects: theoretical analysis and specific project practice. By explaining the relevant theories of software test management and CMMI, this paper analyzes the various aspects of test management in all phases of the whole software life cycle. By comparing with the related CMMI process area, the paper finds out the problems existing in the software test management process of company A and puts forward the process improvement measures based on CMMI. A set of standard software test management flow is formed and implemented in the new project of A Company, which ensures and controls the quality of software products and improves customer satisfaction.
