【摘要】：企业经营管理中人力资源部门的工作有着十分重要的作用,针对企业经营中工作人员的表现对员工实施绩效考核,提升了企业员工的积极性,让更多的员工投身到工作的热情中,由此可见企业员工的绩效考核是企业人力资源管理中必不可少的一部分,也是企业经营管理中最重要的一环。随着企业规模的不断扩大,于企业管理中绩效考核的应用势必会产生一定的疏漏。为了增加企业员工对本质工作的热情,刺激企业员工的工作积极性让自己的潜能发挥至极致,对于绩效考核的完善就有着非常重要的意义,企业管理应当根据以上内容为核心基础,大力开发、优化适应于现代企业管理的员工绩效考核方法。让企业员工创作出更加杰出的业绩,使企业与员工实现协调发展的同时,实现企业发展目标,推进行业发展建设。本论文的研究以联通H分公司网络维护部门绩效考核优化方案的设计为核心内容,根据实例来分析出当前H分公司人力资源管理中对绩效考核体系的不足之处。根据绩效考核的相关理论知识,与实际案例相结合,并借鉴国内外相关绩效考核经验,对H分公司的绩效考核进行完善,建立更为合理的绩效考核体系,加强管理者对公司员工的岗位职能分析工作,促进企业管理的职能细化,也能极大的推动网络维护工作的发展,针对该部门员工的常规职责,为其提供具有高度针对性的绩效评价指标,能有效的提升该部门人员对绩效考核工作的认同感,为绩效工作的顺利开展和真正落实奠定坚实的基础,也能对公司内部从事网络维护工作员工的主动性起到了一定的激励效果,激发出员工参与具体工作的热情,最终实现企业发展战略与员工自我发展方向的一致性,企业与员工共同发展。

This paper focuses on the design of the performance evaluation and optimization scheme of the network maintenance department of China Unicom H Branch. According to the actual example to analyze the deficiency of the performance appraisal system in the current H branch company's human resources management. According to the related theory knowledge of the performance appraisal, combine with the actual case, and draw lessons from the domestic and foreign related performance appraisal experience, Improve the performance appraisal of H Branch, establish a more reasonable performance appraisal system, strengthen the analysis of the position functions of the managers, and promote the refinement of the functions of the enterprise management. It can also greatly promote the development of network maintenance, in view of the regular duties of the staff in this department, to provide them with highly targeted performance evaluation indicators, can effectively enhance the staff of the department to identify with the work of performance appraisal. To lay a solid foundation for the smooth development and implementation of performance work, but also to the company engaged in network maintenance staff initiative to play a certain incentive effect, stimulate the enthusiasm of employees to participate in specific work, Finally, the enterprise development strategy is consistent with the employee self-development direction, and the enterprise and the staff develop together.
