以智能互联思维认识和规划当代科技与产业变革

【摘要】：当前社会正在发生重大时代变革,人类正在进入不同的时代。为了表征时代变革,学界和媒体先后提出许多新概念,以致形成令大众困惑的"概念丛林"。本文提出可以涵盖当代变革性质的"智能互联"概念,从社会需求、生产方式进化、人们的预期、科学技术支撑、主要经济体发展战略等方面论证智能互联必将成为社会、经济长期发展趋势,并提出用智能互联思维规划时代变革的若干建议。
[Abstract]:At present, great changes are taking place in our society, and human beings are entering different times. In order to represent the change of the times, many new concepts have been put forward by academic circles and the media. The concept of "intelligent interconnection", which can cover the nature of contemporary change, evolved from social demand, production mode, people's expectation, science and technology support. This paper demonstrates that intelligent interconnection will become a long-term trend of social and economic development in terms of the development strategy of major economies and puts forward some suggestions on how to use intelligent interconnection thinking to plan for change in the times.
