【摘要】：西安作为西部第一站,除了悠久的历史古迹和举世闻名的风景名胜外,还曾被认为是“互联网荒漠”的千年古都。但是在互联网经济的趋势和创业者炙热的创新激情下,西安的互联网业孕育着新的机遇。西安强在硬件方面,例如中兴、华为和三星的研发基地都在西安,高新区收入火炬榜排名全国第三,并且西安高校林立,相应的技术人才也很多,虽然是互联网二线城市,没有一线城市的资源与环境,但创业本就是在混沌中发现机遇,互联网创业第一就是人才。由于行业容量小,人才池也相对较小,因此西安的人才竞争相应没有一线城市激烈,但只要核心人才供应充足,再辅以充足的专业人员,组建团队也并非难事。在资本方面,资本汇聚度最高是在一线城市,但投资人的流动性大,因此西安的互联网业的发展潜力和上升空间还有很大,这片热土终将崛起。互联网降低了创业创新的门槛,使得创业创新不再是少数人的专利,而成为“草根”发家致富的机遇。因此,《西安本土互联网创业》系列报道就是通过展现西安本土互联网创业者们的故事,挖掘他们在创业之路上是如何将他们的产业实现从“制造”向“智造”的转变,去满足市场需求。本系列报道的主要对象是西安本土各领域的创客。我们为此专门采访了西安本土自媒体、影视文化、智能办公、餐饮、机器人、手绘、农业、心理咨询和VR这一系列领域的创客,让大众对于西安本土创客这一群体有一个较为客观的认识,并对当前这种创业浪潮背景下的年轻西安创客们的生存状态、发展空间以及在创业过程中面临的困难和机遇有一个较为深入的了解。
[Abstract]:As the first stop in the west, Xi'an, besides its long history and world-famous scenic spots, was once regarded as the millennium ancient capital of the "Internet desert." but with the trend of the Internet economy and the fervent enthusiasm of the entrepreneurs for innovation, The Internet industry in Xi'an is pregnant with new opportunities. Xi'an strong has research and development bases in Xi'an, such as ZTE, Huawei and Samsung. The high-tech zones are ranked third in the country in terms of income torch, and Xi'an colleges and universities are full of them. The corresponding technical talents are also many. Although it is a second-tier city on the Internet and does not have the resources and environment of a first-tier city, entrepreneurship is the discovery of opportunities in chaos. The first thing to do in the Internet is talent. Because of the small capacity of the industry, The pool of talent is also relatively small, so the competition for talent in Xi'an is not as fierce as that in the first-tier cities. But as long as the supply of core talents is adequate and supplemented by sufficient professional personnel, it is not difficult to form a team. In terms of capital, The highest degree of capital convergence is in first-tier cities, but investors are highly mobile, so there is still a lot of potential and room for growth in the Internet industry in Xi'an. This hot land will eventually rise. The Internet has lowered the threshold for entrepreneurship and innovation. So that entrepreneurial innovation is no longer a patent for a few people, but an opportunity for "grass roots" to get rich. Therefore, the "Xi'an Native Internet Entrepreneurship" series of reports shows the stories of local Internet entrepreneurs in Xi'an. To figure out how they can transform their industries from "manufacturing" to "intellectual creation" on the road to entrepreneurship. To meet the needs of the market. The main target of this series of reports is in various fields of Xi'an. We have interviewed local media, film and television culture, intelligent office, food and beverage, robots, hand-painted, agriculture, and so on. Psychological counseling and VR are a series of field creators, so that the public have a more objective understanding of the group of local entrepreneurs in Xi'an, and the current situation of young Xi'an creators in the background of this entrepreneurial wave. Development space and the difficulties and opportunities in the process of entrepreneurship have a more in-depth understanding.
