电信运营企业创新网络研究

【摘要】：开放式创新是与组织外部互动的创新模式,外部的创意、研发资源等可以进入组织内部来推动组织创新活动。开放的对象为主要用户(主流用户和领先用户)、供应商、竞争企业、还包括以往研究中没有注意到的组织、包括政府、大学、科研院所、中介组织等。当前,各大运营商纷纷推出开放式创新平台或者措施,开放式创新成为运营商转型的新模式。本文基于电信运营企业开放式创新的现状,从企业主动构建创新网络,提高创新绩效的角度,以企业网络理论为基础,以网络嵌入性理论为依据,从“结构--关系”理论角度,以电信运营企业创新网络为研究对象,研究电信运营企业网络能力、创新网络和创新绩效之间的关系,为电信运营企业构建开放式创新网络提供理论依据。本文主要开展以下研究工作。 1.电信运营企业服务创新博弈分析本文通过博弈模型论证,创新合作能够促进企业之间的技术知识转移,实现外部效应的内在化和共同利润的增加,从而提高社会福利；另外,在快速变化的环境中,即使像电信运营企业这样的大企业也无法拥有全部的创新知识、技术和资源,电信运营企业进行持续创新的渠道和机制是什么,本文通过网路嵌入性模型进行分析,得出网络嵌入性越强,更容易成本差异化,保持创新利润,形成竞争优势。 2.电信运营企业创新网络特征研究通过企业创新网络,电信运营企业创新网络的相关研究进行综述,本文从结构和关系两个维度,提出了电信运营企业服务创新网络的六个特征。 3.网络能力对创新网络和创新绩效的影响的理论分析和实证研究通过对网络能力相关文献的综述,论述网络能力对创新网络、创新绩效的影响,采用实证研究方法,对网络能力、创新网络和创新绩效关系进行验证。同时,也是为了验证三者之间关系在电信企业与一般企业区别之处。本章所采用方法,是当前企业网路理论研究普遍使用一种研究方法,首先对相关实证研究进行梳理,列出相关的假设,对假设进行统计检验,验证假设命题是否成立。 4.结合电信运营企业实践,对全文相关研究进行案例分析本章将从两个角度分析该问题,一是提升网路能力的理论分析,主要是通过文献综述分析,二是提升网络能力的案例研究,也作为全文的实例验证。主要创新点在理论和实践上,分为三个方面： 1.网络能力理论应用于电信运营企业服务创新中。网络能力理论在很多行业,许多研究者都已采用,但是从论文数据库(中国知网、万方论文数据库)中,较少查到在电信行业应用的相关文献。本文首次在电信行业应用,是以网络嵌入研究,网络能力的概念为基础,同时本文结合文献综述,对电信运营企业网络能力进行了界定,指出创新网络主要特征。 2.网络嵌入角度对电信创新网络进行研究。网络嵌入理论源于社会网络研究方法,网络嵌入理论分为关系嵌入和结构嵌入,本文依据网络嵌入理论对电信创新网络中结构和关系角度进行相关论证,按照“网络能力--创新网络--创新绩效”的框架,通过大量文献综述,对概念、基本特征、结构模型等分别进行具体研究。 3.实践创新主要体现在：通过文献综述、理论推演、实证研究,基本理清了电信运营企业创新网络中网络能力、创新网络和创新绩效之间的关系,并得到一些结论,为以后相关研究奠定理论基础。本文研究还有一些需要深入研究和有待于拓宽研究范围的内容,存在一些不足和改进之处。
[Abstract]:Open innovation is the innovation mode and external interaction, external ideas, research resources can enter into the internal organization to promote organizational innovation activities. The open object as the main users (mainstream users and leading users), suppliers, competitors, including previous research paid no attention to the organization, including the government, University, research institutes, intermediary organization and so on. At present, the major operators have launched an open platform for innovation or measures, open innovation has become a new mode of transformation operators.
The situation of telecom operators on the basis of the open innovation, take the initiative to build from the enterprise innovation network, improve innovation performance and enterprise network theory, the network embeddedness theory as the basis, from the perspective of "structure - relationship" theory to telecom enterprise innovation network as the research object, the study of Telecom enterprise network ability, the relationship between innovation network and innovation performance, and provide a theoretical basis for the construction of the open innovation network of telecom operators.
This article mainly carries out the following research work.
Game Analysis on service innovation of 1. telecom operators
This paper through the game model demonstration, innovation cooperation can promote technological knowledge transfer between enterprises, increase the externalities internalization and common profit, so as to improve the social welfare; in addition, in a rapidly changing environment, even as telecom companies such large enterprises do not have all the knowledge innovation, technology and resources. What is the channel and mechanism of telecom enterprises to continuously innovate, this paper through the analysis of network embeddedness model, the network embeddedness is stronger, more likely to cost differences, maintain the profits of innovation, the formation of competitive advantage.
Research on innovation network characteristics of 2. telecom operators
Through the enterprise innovation network, the related research of telecom operators' innovation network is reviewed. From the two dimensions of structure and relationship, this paper puts forward six characteristics of service innovation network of telecom operators.
3. theoretical analysis and Empirical Study on the influence of network capability on innovation network and innovation performance
Through the review of relevant literature on the network capacity, discusses the network capability on innovation network, innovation performance, empirical research method is used to verify the ability of network, innovation network and innovation performance. At the same time, also in order to verify the relationship between the three in the difference between telecommunication enterprises and general enterprises. This chapter adopts the method. Is the current research of enterprise network theory commonly used a research method, we first analyzed the relevant empirical research, list the related statistical test of hypothesis, hypothesis, hypothesis proposition.
4. combined with the practice of telecom operation enterprise, case analysis of full text related research
This chapter will analyze the problem from two perspectives. First, we will enhance the theoretical analysis of network capacity, mainly through literature review and analysis. Two is case study of improving network capacity, and also is an example of full text verification.
The main innovation points are divided into three aspects in theory and practice.
1. the theory of network capability is applied to the service innovation of telecom operators.
The theory of network capacity in many industries, many researchers have used, but from the database (China CNKI, Wanfang database), rarely found in the relevant literature of telecom industry application. For the first time in the telecom industry, is to study the concept of network embeddedness, network capacity as the basis, at the same time in this paper the literature review, the definition of the network capacity of telecommunication enterprises, points out the main characteristics of the innovation network.
2. network embeddedness is used to study the telecom innovation network.
Network embeddedness theory originated from social network analysis, network embeddedness theory into relational embeddedness and structural embeddedness, on the basis of network embeddedness theory related to demonstrate perspective of structure and relationship of Telecom innovation network, in accordance with the framework of "network capacity -- innovation network innovation performance", by a large number of literature review, the concept, basic characteristics. The specific research model respectively.
3., practice innovation is mainly reflected in: through literature review, theoretical deduction and empirical research, we have basically clarified the relationship between network capacity, innovation network and innovation performance in telecom operators' innovation network, and obtained some conclusions, which will lay a theoretical foundation for future related research.
In this paper, there are some contents that need to be studied deeply and to broaden the scope of the study, and there are some shortcomings and improvements.
