在这个全球化的时代,多元文化受到了广泛关注。文化多元性地增长已极大地影响了全世界的许多方面。随着时间的推移,中国与巴基斯坦的关系更密切,两国关系日益突出。两国已经发起了不同的计划和项目,以求发展和增长。该研究旨在研究参与eLTE项目的巴基斯坦和中国员工之间的跨文化交流管理。本研究使用的是定性数据,收集了一定量的第一手和第二手来源的数据。本研究利用访谈来收集了相关数据,并使用了文章和期刊等提供的二手数据和信息。通过对数据的分析,证明了跨文化项目中的确存在沟通障碍。语言上的差异、思维方式、信息共享方式、话中有话以及通过身体语言表达用意的差异对文化交流造成了障碍。本研究结果清楚表明策略的制定和整合可以帮助克服这些沟通障碍。本研究建议管理层必须为员工提供学习和培训的机会,这项策略可以帮助员工们进一步理解多元文化。员工们对于多元文化深入的理解可以帮助建立信心并且使员工们更容易接受多元文化。项目的成功取决于员工之间的沟通与协调。因此,通过整合正确、合适的策略以及方法来减少沟通障碍对项目成功起到关键作用。
