【摘要】：随着现代物流业的发展,物流园区应运而生,对物流园区的需求也日益显著。当下,我国物流行业的水平不够高,尽管大部分地区已经着手发展构建物流园区,但是在园区的建设方面、运营方面和发展方面还需要摸索着进行。物流园区为什么建、如何建、如何运营和如何发展等一系列的问题都需要理论层次和实践方面的长期研究。洛阳中储物流园区主要依托洛阳北站,建成具有集装箱运输、国际物流、生产资料物流、两业联动、分拨与配送、快递物流、冷链物流、物流信息、电子商务、物流金融等十大特色功能的公铁联运型物流园区,目前正在建设、发展的初期。尽管物流园区的优势有很多,但是如何利用也是一个问题,首先需要明确物流园区的自身情况,在此基础上可以吸取国外和国内其他物流园区的建设管理经验,避免国外和国内其他物流园区的弊端,从而使得洛阳中储物流园区能够在行业中有自己特色且成为行业中的典范,从而走上可持续发展的道路,当然,这需要深入的研究和长期的实践,同时也是本论文研究的意义所在。本文作者利用在洛阳中储企业工作的便利条件,对洛阳中储物流园区项目进行了长期的近距离实地调研,对洛阳中储物流园区的各个方面进行了深入地研究,包括它的规划问题和运营问题,以及当下的进度和困境。结合相关学术论著的理论观点,对洛阳中储物流园区的建设方面、运营方面与发展方面提出了建议。本论文分五个部分:第一部分是绪论,对物流园区研究的背景目的和意义进行了描述,并对国内外研究和发展现状进行了归纳,并对本论文所采取的研究方法进行了说明;第二部分是理论综述,主要包括对物流园区的概念与产生的介绍,以及物流园区的特点、作用和分类,还有就是物流园区的建设原则、运营原则与发展原则等;第三部分主要介绍了洛阳中储物流园区的建设、运营与现状,并分析了其面临的主要问题;第四部分是洛阳中储物流园区运营与发展的对策与建议,对园区的定位进行了重申,并提出建立园区效果评价标准,以及园区的运作机制和发展战略。第五部分是结论部分,希望通过对中储物流园区系统的研究,提出切实可行的战略和对策来促进洛阳中储物流园区的快速发展。
