【摘要】:随着中国企业国际化进程的不断推进,企业面临的竞争压力也是越来越大,不但要应对国内的压力,还要应对来自国际知名企业的竞争和挑战。中石油属于成品油销售企业,需要对油品生产、销售以及市场配置等信息进行管理。但是,受限于统一平台的缺失,在制定具体资源配置方案的过程中,由于缺乏优化性和科学性的管理思想,对决策者的经验和主观意念过分依赖。这直接导致国内进行成品油的流通和市场配置过程中产生大量费用浪费,每年的估值超亿元。对成品油二次配送进行优化,并借助于先进的技术和软件进行统一平台建立,是中石油优化成品油配送的重要目标。本文是在充分调研中石油成品油二次配送管理特点基础上,结合公司内部的实际物流管理情况进行设计并实现的。中石油成品油二次配送系统的设计与实现是按照软件工程思想和要求进行的,需求分析主要采用统一建模语言进行有关建模,完成了使用者、角色以及操作活动之间关联的确定,有助于功能的设计;结合中石油对于企业内部成品油二次配送管理的业务需求,将系统功能划分为车辆信息及调度管理、库存管理、线路及配送中心管理、分析决策管理以及系统管理等模块,通过不同模块详细功能和流程的分析,确定具体的实现业务管理;借助于ASP.NET技术进行主要业务功能的实现,通过三层设计模式的应用,提高系统的扩展性和鲁棒性;系统的数据管理主要借助于SQL Server关系型数据库进行统一存储和维护。成品油二次配送管理系统已经在中石油内部得到应用和实施,通过反馈的情况可知,系统的功能基本能够满足成品油二次配送管理业务的需求。系统在操作友好性、访问便利性以及功能完善性等方面具有良好的支持,能够很好的促进成品油二次配送的规范性、科学性和一致性管理,且系统设计灵活,便于后期业务的扩展和升级。
[Abstract]:With the continuous advancement of the internationalization process of Chinese enterprises, the competition pressure faced by enterprises is also increasing, not only to deal with the domestic pressure. PetroChina, which belongs to the oil products sales enterprises, needs to manage the production, sales and market allocation of oil products. However, it is limited by the lack of a unified platform. In the process of formulating the specific resource allocation scheme, due to the lack of optimization and scientific management ideas. Excessive reliance on the experience and subjective ideas of decision makers leads directly to a large amount of cost waste in the domestic process of oil product circulation and market allocation. The annual valuation is more than 100 million yuan. The secondary distribution of refined oil is optimized, and the unified platform is established with the help of advanced technology and software. It is an important goal of PetroChina to optimize the distribution of refined oil products. This paper is based on the full investigation of the management characteristics of secondary distribution of petroleum products. The design and realization of the secondary distribution system of PetroChina oil products is carried out according to the software engineering idea and requirement. The requirement analysis mainly uses the unified modeling language to carry on the related modeling, has completed the user, the role as well as the operation activity correlation determination, is helpful to the function design; Combined with the business requirements of PetroChina for the secondary distribution management of finished oil products, the system functions are divided into vehicle information and scheduling management, inventory management, route and distribution center management. Analysis of decision-making management and system management modules, through the analysis of the detailed functions and processes of different modules, to determine the specific implementation of business management; With the help of ASP.NET technology, the main business functions are realized, and the expansibility and robustness of the system are improved through the application of three-layer design pattern. The data management of the system is mainly based on the SQL Server relational database for unified storage and maintenance. The product oil secondary distribution management system has been applied and implemented in PetroChina. According to the feedback, the function of the system can basically meet the needs of product oil secondary distribution management business. The system has good support in the aspects of operation friendliness, access convenience and function perfection. It can promote the standard, scientific and consistent management of product oil secondary distribution, and the system design is flexible, easy to expand and upgrade the later business.
