基于演化博弈的冷链物流共同配送推进机制的研究

【摘要】：随着我国民众物质生活水平的提升和饮食观念的转变,生鲜产品需求量逐年增加。然而我国冷链物流仍处于非常低的水平,冷链物流企业面临运营成本高、产品损耗大、企业合作困难、交通管制拥堵等问题。面对机遇与挑战,冷链物流企业逐步认识到合作能为企业带来的隐形利润,开始尝试共同配送。共同配送是指多个企业联合实施的配送活动,是达到规模经济效应、降低企业运营成本、节省企业资源的重要途径,也是改善交通环境、实现社会资源共享和高效利用的有力手段。本文以促成冷链物流共同配送的形成与实施为目的,在对以往文献梳理的基础上,结合我国冷链物流企业面临的问题,基于有限理性的假设,运用演化博弈和数值仿真等理论方法,研究了冷链物流共同配送参与主体的博弈关系及影响因素,建立了冷链物流企业间、冷链物流企业与政府间共同配送的演化博弈模型,分析了各因素对演化路径的影响,进而构建了冷链物流共同配送的推进机制。研究结果显示初始合作意愿对共同配送的形成具有决定性作用,而冷链物流企业独立运营时的收益以及政府低效建设物流信息共享平台时的收益对共同配送的形成没有直接的影响;此外,冷链物流企业间共同配送的形成与合作超额收益和信任系数呈正相关,与总投入成本和风险系数呈负相关;冷链物流企业与政府间共同配送的形成与合作超额收益和社会收益呈正相关,与系统更换和学习成本、被兼并收购的风险成本、平台升级成本以及宣传推广成本呈负相关。由此,本文从共同配送系统内部有序联动、外部激励促进、外部监管评价三个角度,构建了冷链物流共同配送推进机制,希望能够促进冷链物流共同配送的形成与实施。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's living standard and the change of food concept, the demand for fresh products is increasing year by year. However, the cold chain logistics is still in a very low level, and the cold-chain logistics enterprises are facing high operating costs. Faced with the opportunities and challenges, the cold-chain logistics enterprises gradually realize the hidden profits that cooperation can bring to the enterprises. Joint distribution is an important way to achieve economies of scale, reduce operating costs, save enterprise resources, and improve the transportation environment. The purpose of this paper is to promote the formation and implementation of cold chain logistics joint distribution, on the basis of combing the previous literature. Combined with the problems faced by cold chain logistics enterprises in China, based on the hypothesis of limited rationality, using evolutionary game and numerical simulation methods, this paper studies the game relationship and influencing factors of the cold chain logistics joint distribution participants. The evolutionary game model of distribution between cold-chain logistics enterprises, cold-chain logistics enterprises and governments is established, and the influence of various factors on the evolution path is analyzed. The research results show that the initial cooperation will play a decisive role in the formation of joint distribution. However, the profits of the cold-chain logistics enterprises when they operate independently and the profits when the government builds the logistics information sharing platform have no direct influence on the formation of the joint distribution. In addition, the formation of joint distribution among cold-chain logistics enterprises is positively related to the cooperative excess return and trust coefficient, and negatively related to the total input cost and risk coefficient. The formation of joint distribution between the cold-chain logistics enterprises and governments is positively related to the excess income and social income of cooperation, to the cost of system replacement and learning, and to the risk cost of merger and acquisition. Platform upgrade costs and publicity costs are negatively correlated. Therefore, this paper from the common distribution system internal orderly linkage, external incentives to promote, external regulatory evaluation of three angles. This paper constructs the promotion mechanism of cold chain logistics joint distribution, hoping to promote the formation and implementation of cold chain logistics joint distribution.
