【摘要】:近年来,社会消费观念和思想正在发生深刻变化,随着经济不断发展,人们收入水平不断提高,非刚性需求占比不断提高,花卉产品市场的快速发展就是一个很好的例子。目前,我国人均花卉消费比重正在不断提高,花卉市场产值保持高速增长势头。在这种市场发展形势下,鲜花速递行业正在快速发展,同时行业市场竞争也在不断加剧。从当前鲜花速递企业供应链管理现状来看,其中存在一些比较突出的问题,例如行业管理成本偏高、物流损耗过大、产品价格虚高等。因此,研究鲜花速递行业供应链管理问题,提出有益于优化调整供应链结构的对策,促进行业健康有序发展,具有十分重要的现实和理论意义。本文采用案例分析方法,选取XX鲜花公司作为研究对象,以对鲜花速递行业进行深入的研究。本文首先对XX鲜花公司行业环境、市场竞争以及内部经营优势和劣势进行综合分析,运用SWOT分析法,对企业面临的外部竞争和威胁,以及内部经营优势进行全方位了解,通过分析企业采购与供应管理存在的问题,为企业制定合理的应对策略。最后,本文对公司采取的竞争战略及采购与供应管理进行深入分析,结合笔者在实际工作中的经验,提出了改进公司经营战略的对策和建议。在对市场进行实地调研分析基础上,对XX鲜花公司竞争对手、供应商、合作者、客户以及市场地位进行分析和预测,制定了公司采购与供应管理的目标,同时就战略目标的实现提出了具体对策和建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, social consumption concepts and ideas are undergoing profound changes, with the continuous development of the economy, people's income level continues to improve, the proportion of non-rigid demand continues to increase. The rapid development of flower products market is a good example. At present, the proportion of flower consumption per capita in China is constantly increasing, and the output value of flower market keeps a high growth momentum. Flower express delivery industry is developing rapidly, and the market competition in the industry is also increasing. From the current situation of supply chain management of flower express delivery enterprises, there are some outstanding problems. For example, the industry management cost is too high, the logistics loss is too large, the product price is high. Therefore, the paper studies the supply chain management of flower express delivery industry, and puts forward some countermeasures to optimize and adjust the supply chain structure. To promote the healthy and orderly development of the industry, has a very important practical and theoretical significance. This paper uses the method of case analysis, select XX flower company as the research object. In order to carry on the thorough research to the flower express industry. Firstly, this article carries on the comprehensive analysis to the XX flower company industry environment, the market competition as well as the internal management superiority and the inferiority, uses the SWOT analysis method. The external competition and threat faced by enterprises, as well as the advantages of internal management, through the analysis of the enterprise procurement and supply management problems, to formulate a reasonable strategy for the enterprise. Finally. This paper deeply analyzes the competitive strategy and purchasing and supply management adopted by the company, and combines the author's experience in practical work. On the basis of market research and analysis, XX flower company competitors, suppliers, partners, customers and market position are analyzed and forecasted. The goal of purchasing and supply management is established, and the countermeasures and suggestions on the realization of strategic goal are put forward.
