物流货运设施规划实施机制检讨:以深圳市为例

【摘要】：互联网与供应链技术的发展驱动现代物流加速转变,也给城市物流货运设施规划实施带来了新的挑战。现行城市建设用地分类标准将货运、物流、批发市场、仓储用地等相关用地归并为物流仓储用地,但是相关问题仍然没有得到细致梳理。本文以深圳市为例,分析了深圳在物流货运空间设施规划与建设实施方面的实践,从规划与土地、行业因素等维度剖析了规划实施的难点,结合相关国际经验,提出了通过建立适应市场机制的规划体系、打造综合性物流设施和调整政府角色定位的方式改进规划实施机制。
[Abstract]:Accelerate the transformation of driving the development of modern logistics and supply chain of Internet technology, but also to the city logistics facilities planning and implementation has brought new challenges. The current city construction land classification standard of freight logistics, warehousing, wholesale market, land and other related land merged into logistics and warehouse, but the problem still has not been carefully combed. Taking Shenzhen city as an example, analyzes the Shenzhen implementation of the practice in the planning and construction of logistics facilities from space, planning and land, dimensions of industry factors such as difficulties of planning and implementation, combined with the relevant international experience, put forward to establish a planning system through the market mechanism, improve the planning and implementation mechanism to build integrated logistics the role of government facilities and adjust the way.
