【摘要】:当今社会全球化竞争越来越激烈,越来越多的企业发现,物流成为了企业提高自身竞争力不可或缺的组成。而当下我国仍有许多公司存在“重生产,轻物流”的弊病,有关企业内部物流的研究,包括物料在车间与仓储之间,不同工位之间以及物料配送等方面的改进相对较少。本文的研究对象A公司是一家中美合资的航空发动机维修企业。由于民用航空发动机全部由国外进口,其航空材料也大多依赖原厂进口或经由国外授权厂商进行修复。因此,对于A公司这样的企业,外部物流很难掌控,只能依靠对公司内部物流的提升取得改进效果。而针对内部物流的管理,由于A公司生产流程及物料管理与普通制造型企业有相似却有其不尽相同之处。因此,公司在内部物流上的管控也不能生搬硬套一些基本的理论方法。为进一步提高A公司在市场上的竞争力,解决其目前面临的问题,本文针对A公司的运营情况进行分析,采用项目管理的方式,收集相关数据并进行分类细化,对集中性问题进行根本原因分析,结合现有的理论研究和方法实践,提出并实施整改方案,追踪其指标的提升。本文的研究主要运用了日本丰田公司提出的JIT生产理念,借鉴其生产与物流完美结合的模式,讨论其在航空发动机维修企业可适用的方法。在此理念的指导下,本文还研究了A公司内部物料配送kitting的模式,涵盖了航空发动机维修企业内部材料准备,航材呈现方式,准时配送,物流看板及物流人员的标准工作等方面。由于A公司流程涉及的不仅是组装的步骤,还包含了发动机拆卸后部件的不同流向及在车间的物料流动。因此,本文还研究了kitting模式在发动机拆卸流程中的延伸应用。与此同时,信息系统的支持是企业内部物流的有力保障,本文针对A公司应用的SAP系统未能满足企业当前需求的现状做出分析,寻求相应的解决方案。
[Abstract]:In today's society increasingly fierce global competition, more and more enterprises, logistics has become an indispensable component of enterprises to improve their competitiveness. At present there are still many companies are "heavy production, light logistics ills", the study on enterprise internal logistics, including the material between the workshop and warehouse, as well as between different stations to improve material distribution and other aspects of the research object is relatively small. The A company is a Sino US joint venture of aeroengine maintenance enterprises. As a result of the civil aviation engine all imported from abroad, the aviation materials mostly rely on the original import or by foreign manufacturers authorized repair. Therefore, for companies like A, external logistics is very difficult control, can only rely on the internal logistics improvement achieved improved effect. And according to the internal management of the logistics, the production process and material A tube Physical and general manufacturing enterprises have similar have their different ways. Therefore, the company in the internal control of logistics can not be applied mechanically some basic theories and methods. In order to further improve A company's competitiveness in the market, to solve the current problems, this dissertation analyzes the operation situation for A company, the project the management way, collect relevant data and classification, root cause analysis of the concentration of the problem, combined with the theory and method of the existing practice, propose and implement rectification plan, tracking the index improvement. In this paper, the Toyota Corporation of Japan proposed JIT production concept, combined with its production and logistics from perfect model, discussion method can be used in aero engine maintenance enterprises. Under the guidance of this idea, this paper also studies the A company internal material distribution kitting model That covers the internal material of aero engine maintenance enterprise material preparation, presentation, delivery, logistics and logistics personnel Kanban standard work and so on. Because the A process involves not only the assembly steps, also contains a different direction after the engine removing parts and material flow in the workshop. Therefore, this paper also studies the kitting mode of application in engine disassembly process. At the same time, the support of information system is a powerful guarantee for enterprise internal logistics, the SAP system for A company failed to meet the current application requirements of enterprises to make analysis, seek the corresponding solutions.
