【摘要】：区分现代物流与传统物流的一个重要指标是物流信息技术的应用能力,其主要原因在于信息技术的使用能够显著提升物流作业效率。因此,现代物流企业的之间的竞争从表面上看是市场份额的竞争,而实际上更是企业信息化能力的竞争。随着国外物流巨头及国内民营速递物流企业纷纷涌入天津市场,天津邮政速递物流股份有限公司作为老牌国有企业虽有其得天独厚的发展优势,但也面临着巨大的市场竞争。本文在总结国外物流企业发展经验的基础上,对天津邮政速递物流股份有限公司目前业务中存在的问题进行了归纳总结,并根据企业现有的经济能力、技术能力和员工业务素质,提出了企业信息化改造措施。借助二维条码、RFID、GIS和GPS等较成熟的物流信息技术,使物流活动各个环节衔接更加紧密,提高物流作业效率,提升邮政速递物流客户服务能力。本文主要内容由以下四个部分组成:第一部分:绪论。主要阐述了本文的研究目的及意义,归纳总结了国内外物流信息化研究现状,介绍了论文的研究思路和基本框架。第二部分:梳理论文研究的基础理论。这一部分首先介绍了物流信息的含义、特点、形成原理及技术功能。其次,归纳总结了物流信息化的内涵,价值,建设模型及在物流产业发展中的重要战略地位。最后,在分析现代物流含义的基础上,介绍了条码、RFID、GIS、GPS等关键物流信息技术,以及现代物流与物流信息技术之间的关系。第三部分:综述天津邮政速递物流股份有限公司信息化发展现状。笔者在归纳物流信息技术对现代物流企业重要作用的基础上,对天津邮政速递物流企业信息化发展现状进行剖析,同时指出了企业在内部管理、业务作业等方面存在的主要问题。第四部分:概括指明制约天津邮政速递物流股份有限公司发展的主要因素,并提出相应改进措施。借鉴是为了更快的超越,在分析总结日本、德国、美国等发达国家物流企业信息化建设成功经验的基础上,结合天津邮政速递物流股份有限公司实际情况,借助二维条码、无线射频识别技术、地理信息系统和全球定位系统等物流信息技术升级改造现有物流信息系统,进而提升企业信息化建设成果。

With the help of 2D barcode, RFID, logistics information technology more mature GIS and GPS, so that the logistics activity of each link more closely, improve the operating efficiency of logistics, enhance the postal express logistics customer service ability. The main content of this paper consists of four parts: the first part: introduction. This study describes the purpose and significance, summarizes the research status of domestic and international logistics informatization, introduces the research ideas and the basic framework of the thesis. The second part: the basic theory of this thesis. This part firstly introduces the meaning of logistics information, characteristics, principle and technology. Secondly, summarizes the connotation logistics information, the value of the construction model and in the development of logistics industry in an important strategic position. Finally, based on the analysis of the meaning of modern logistics, this paper introduces the bar, RFID, GIS, GP S is the key technology of logistics information, and the relationship between modern logistics and logistics information technology. The third part: the current situation of the development of logistics information Limited by Share Ltd Tianjin postal review.
