企业物流外包风险评估方法及其应用

【摘要】：针对企业物流外包风险评估方法研究不能适应当前风险评估工作需求的状况,提出了基于累积前景理论的企业物流外包风险评估方法。该方法能够适应多个风险评估对策备选方案、多个群体参考点、多个风险指标、多位风险评估者参与的风险评估及风险对策问题。首先,根据指标辨识原则对企业物流外包风险因素进行识别并辨识出关键风险因素,据此构建风险评估指标体系并构造判断矩阵,利用特征向量法对判断矩阵进行一致性检验,对于不符合一致性检验要求的判断矩阵运用区间估计法剔除弱权重指标,得出具有普适性的风险评估指标体系。然后,提出了基于累积前景理论的物流外包风险评估方法,该方法通过构建风险评估指标的价值矩阵、规范化价值矩阵,构建决策者的权重矩阵以及前景决策矩阵,计算风险决策备选方案的综合前景值并对其进行排序,选择相应综合前景值的对应方案为企业应对物流外包风险的对策方案。最后,将该方法及风险评估指标体系应用于YNGT公司物流外包合作风险评估实践,成功得到了最佳的物流外包风险对策方案,解决了企业物流外包风险评估难题。经案例应用验证,该方法具有可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:According to the enterprise logistics outsourcing risk evaluation methods can not adapt to the current needs of the risk assessment, assessment method of cumulative prospect theory based on the enterprise logistics outsourcing risk is proposed. This method can meet the multiple risk assessment strategy options, multiple groups of reference point, a plurality of risk indicators, risk assessment and risk assessment of a number of Countermeasures in the first, according to the principle of identification index of logistics outsourcing risk identification and identify key risk factors, constructs the risk evaluation index system and construct the judgment matrix by using eigenvector method to check the consistency of the judgment matrix, the consistency test does not meet the requirements of the judgment matrix using the interval estimation method to eliminate the weak the weight index, has obtained the universal risk assessment index system. Then, put forward the theory based on cumulative prospect The evaluation method of flow through the outsourcing risk, construction risk assessment index value matrix, normalized value matrix, constructing decision maker weight matrix and prospects of decision matrix, comprehensive prospect of calculating risk decision alternatives and the value of the order, the corresponding countermeasure scheme to select the appropriate comprehensive prospect value for enterprises to deal with logistics outsourcing the risk. Finally, the application of the method and the index system of risk assessment in YNGT company logistics outsourcing cooperation risk evaluation practice, successfully got the best solutions for logistics outsourcing risk, the enterprise logistics outsourcing risk assessment to solve the problem. The case application shows that the method is feasible and effective.
