【摘要】：棉花作为关系国计民生的重要战略物资,其种植、生产、流通等各环节的运行效率对国民经济的发展均产生重要影响。长期以来我国棉花产业发展重生产轻流通,行业整体效率低下。棉花产业链中的仓储、装卸、运输等物流环节一直处于较为落后的状态,特别是棉花物流信息化管理严重滞后于社会发展的平均水平,制约了产业链相关部分协调发展。本文以中棉集团所属物流园的信息平台建设为研究对象,以中棉集团山东物流园为示范点,全面分析阐述了我国棉花仓储物流典型企业信息平台的规划、设计和建设。整个信息平台建设研究从对试点企业山东物流园的实际经营管理情况的详细调研分析入手,整理出系统功能需求。针对企业业务经营实际和未来发展需要,结合中棉集团物流管理发展情况,分社会、企业、集团三个层面进行系统功能规划设计。同时,对信息平台硬件配套、系统安全体系建设、人员配备、制度建设、投资估算等多个方面进行详细分析和设计,从而构建起一套非常完整的信息平台建设方案。针对中棉集团山东物流园信息平台建设的研究,不仅形成了较为完整的棉花物流园信息化建设思路及实施方案,而且对中棉集团所属其它仓储物流企业的信息化改造起到了很好的指导作用,同时也对中棉集团物流产业的整合发展打下了良好的信息化管理基础,必将对促进我国棉花仓储物流企业信息化管理水平的全面提升、加快企业转型发展产生积极和深远的影响。
[Abstract]:Cotton, as an important strategic material related to the national economy and people's livelihood, is planted and produced. Moreover, it plays a good guiding role in the informatization transformation of other warehouse logistics enterprises belonging to China Cotton Group, and also lays a good information management foundation for the integration and development of the logistics industry of China Cotton Group. It will certainly have a positive and far-reaching influence on promoting the level of information management of cotton warehousing logistics enterprises in China and speeding up the transformation and development of enterprises.
