基于供应链视角的马钢股份营运资金管理研究

【摘要】：近年来,钢铁行业销售额出现持续下跌,尤其是2015年钢铁业出现大面积亏损,钢铁行业作为国家的支柱行业,陷入前所未有的困境,资金流影响着企业生存的命脉。随着相关政策的落地以及政府的引导,钢铁行业普遍面临产业结构优化和升级,"去产能"、"降本增效"将继续是钢铁行业"十三五"计划工作中的重点。营运资金管理作为现代财务管理的重要分支,为企业的"降本增效"提供了路径。对于生产企业来说,经营活动的重心是生产,供应链是将企业的生产活动沿着业务流程方向上下延伸,并与信息流、资金流和物流相互交织,形成系统的网状结构。基于供应链视角的营运资金管理实质是将供应链理论融入到营运资金管理之中,通过管理各个渠道要素以及企业和各渠道间的联动关系,更精细地对营运资金进行管理的一种方法。因此,从供应链视角对钢铁行业的营运资金管理进行深入研究和探讨,具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文基于供应链和营运资金管理理论,同时融合利益相关者的思想,运用规范研究和案例研究相结合的方法,对国内外营运资金管理理论和供应链理论的相关文献进行了梳理,以马钢股份为例,与河钢股份进行比较,通过对公司财务数据和运营模式的分析,从供应链视角破解了马钢股份营运资金管理过程中存在的问题,并针对这些问题给出了相应的建议对策,以期提高马钢股份营运资金管理的绩效。最后得出以下几个结论:第一,采购和营销渠道上的客户关系管理和商业信用管理有欠缺;第二,采购渠道上的材料存货占用存货比例高,营销渠道上产品存货拖延资金周转速度;第三,营销渠道上现销比例不足,销售政策不利资金效率提高;第四,短期借款补充营运资金,理财渠道上资金缺口风险较高。本文结构安排如下:第一章为绪论,指出了研究的背景和意义,回顾和总结了国内外相关理论研究的现状,形成文章的研究内容、思路和方法,并指出本文的创新点;第二章是本文的理论基础,对营运资金和供应链的概念分别进行了阐述,并总结了营运资金管理理论和供应链管理理论;第三章以马钢股份为案例进行深入探讨,首先介绍了马钢股份的基本概况、战略定位与行业分析以及马钢现行的运营模式,并以河钢为对比,着重分析了马钢资金管理现状,指出马钢营运资金管理存在的问题;第四章针对马钢存在的问题,从供应链视角对其成因进行深层次分析;第五章针对导致这些问题的根本原因,结合当前营运资金管理典范企业的经验和最新的研究理论,提出具体的建议;最后,第六章对本文的结论进行了梳理,同时对未来营运资金研究的方向进行了展望。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the sales volume of the steel industry has continued to decline, especially in 2015, the steel industry has a large area of losses, the steel industry as a pillar industry of the country, into unprecedented difficulties. Capital flow affects the survival of enterprises. With the landing of relevant policies and the guidance of the government, the steel industry is generally faced with industrial structure optimization and upgrading, "deproductivity". "reducing cost and increasing efficiency" will continue to be the focus of the 13th Five-Year Plan of the iron and steel industry. Working capital management is an important branch of modern financial management. For the production enterprises, the focus of business activities is production, the supply chain is to extend the production activities along the direction of business processes, and the flow of information. Capital flow and logistics interweave to form a systematic network structure. The essence of working capital management based on supply chain perspective is to integrate supply chain theory into working capital management. Through the management of the various channel elements and the linkage between the enterprise and each channel, a method of more meticulous management of working capital. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study and discuss the working capital management of iron and steel industry from the perspective of supply chain. This paper is based on the theory of supply chain and working capital management. At the same time, combining the ideas of stakeholders and the combination of normative research and case study, this paper combs the relevant literature of working capital management theory and supply chain theory at home and abroad, taking Masteel shares as an example. Through the analysis of the financial data and operation mode of the company, the problems existing in the management of the stock working capital of Masteel are solved from the perspective of supply chain. In order to improve the performance of the stock working capital management of Masteel, the author puts forward the corresponding suggestions to solve these problems. Finally, the following conclusions are drawn: first. Customer relationship management and commercial credit management in purchasing and marketing channels are deficient; Secondly, the material inventory occupies a high proportion of the stock in the purchasing channel, and the product inventory on the marketing channel delays the turnover rate of funds; Third, the proportion of current sales in marketing channels is insufficient, and the efficiency of sales policies is improved; 4th, short-term loans to supplement working capital, financing channels on the funding gap risk is high. The structure of this paper is arranged as follows: chapter one is the introduction, pointing out the background and significance of the research. This paper reviews and summarizes the current situation of relevant theoretical research at home and abroad, forms the research contents, ideas and methods of the article, and points out the innovative points of this paper. The second chapter is the theoretical basis of this paper, working capital and supply chain concepts are elaborated, and summarized the working capital management theory and supply chain management theory; The third chapter takes Masteel shares as a case study, first introduces the basic situation of Masteel shares, strategic positioning and industry analysis, as well as the current operation mode of Masteel, and he Steel as a comparison. The current situation of fund management in Masteel is analyzed, and the problems in the management of working capital at Masteel are pointed out. Chapter 4th analyzes the causes of Masteel's problems from the perspective of supply chain. Chapter 5th, aiming at the root causes of these problems, puts forward some concrete suggestions based on the experience of the current working capital management model enterprises and the latest research theory. Finally, the conclusion of this paper is combed out in Chapter 6th, and the research direction of working capital in the future is prospected.
